I didn't come here to argue, I just want to talk about BB. I did apologise about my thread title, so I'm not going into that again.

Lets just be adults and get on with moaning that there wont be any red button this year.

Also they have spoken to commissioning editor David Williams who has confirmed this and Paula from c4 has confirmed in on DS. I think this is official enough. It is for me anyway.

I agree, never say never, on DS they are trying to bargain with Paula to increase the hours for more evening coverage. I wish them luck, 1.30 - 4.30 may be better than CBB, but is no good for people who work 9-5. iBB insider says endemol might cave in to peer pressure, lets hope.

Oh no, read it wrong, think I was wrong about afternoon feed. Paula has said feed will be on 23.30 - 06-30 and 01.30 - 4.30, I assumed that meant 1.30 - 4.30 pm, but on IBB there's no mention at all of an afternoon feed, just late night /early morning. They must mean 11.30-6am on e4 and 1.30-4.30 on c4.

But I have no idea, I'm confused now :puzzled:

To all those idiots who said "It's just for Celeb BB. It doesn't matter". TOLD YOU SO!

Axing the daytime feed as well is just stupid - so it's going to be down to 7 hours of coverage, most of which will be of the HMs sleeping.

Come to think about it the overnight coverage may be good, it was only CBB6 that had the HMs go to bed early, not to be ageist but most was over 40 so they wouldnt of wanted to stay up, play games ect... but BB10 is sure to have mostyly a younger variety, so they will most likely stay up later.

Even in BB9 though many HMs weren't up after 2am (it was usually Dale and Darnell, but when they fell out that ended), and in the latter weeks most were tooked up in bed really early.

Obviously ideally we'd all love a full multi-stream interactive service, but realistically costs have to be cut. However, they really don't appreciate the value of the live stream in scaling it back so much, and I still think a compromise could have been reached, with streaming from around 10am-4pm on E4, then again overnight from around 11pm through to 4am. The red button feed would only then be used from 4pm to 11pm.
