EDIT: I did not say they demolished the house between CBB6 and this upcoming series, I said that they demolished it between BB8 and BB9, so therefore immediately after BBCH ended, in February it was completely demolished.

I have no idea whats going on with the house, other than the parts we have be shown.. Everything seems interesting though!

It never got rebuilt! they exaggerated for the show's sake!
instead they extended the house downwards into the garden so it was larger and also extended the garden. the rest of the exterior walls were not touched!

True, it was only the garden walls they demolished. The main house structure remained the same.

Half of the main shell went as well but it got rebuilt, in the BB9/10 aerial shots its the part with the white roof directly onto the main building. The main shell isn't as big in the newer aerial shots as the older ones

I'd say it was much less than half. Maybe a quarter. But yeah, they put white tin roofs over the luxury bedroom and bottom part of the main structure.
