Legends :D haha

John & Edward have reportedly asked for sweets backstage on their tour.

The Mirror claims that the twins, who will join the X Factor tour when it starts on Monday, have asked for several different kinds of confectionary.

"Forget bottles of Jack Daniels and champers," a source said. "The twins are getting ten kilos of fizzy worms and cola bottles from woolworths.co.uk.

"They want foam bananas too, for the afterparty in their dressing rooms."

John & Edward have reportedly caused a row on the X Factor tour by being given twice as many songs as some of their fellow acts.

John and Edward Grimes have said they are thankful for the opportunities that The X Factor has given them. The boys are excited at the release of the debut single `Under Pressure (Ice Ice Baby).

The twins are joined by Vanilla Ice On their single, who originally released `Ice Ice Baby' in the 90s.

The said they were thrilled to meet and work with the US rapper.

John said: "We call him Rob."

He added: "Ice Ice Baby came out two years before we were born but we love the song.

"When you meet famous people you have an image of them and hope they're like that, and he was better.

"Without him, Eminem wouldn't be here. He's the original gangster.

Asked if the star gave them any advice, John replied: "He gave us advice on how to rap and pronounce the words. He's so friendly and down to earth.

"Madonna went out with him for eight months. He's been there. Oh my God!"

The Irish lads said they so far they have not been disappointed by any of the celebrities they have met.

Edward said: "None of them have really been disappointing. They wouldn't be in the position they're in if they weren't cool. It's more like the way they present themselves.

"Like how they swagger. Paul McCartney told us the good ones don't go around saying, `Oh, look at me'."

Twins won't care they will be upbeat as usual, let them enjoy their 15 minutes and Joe too;).

They aint gonna make much from this single. They didnt write it and it hasnt sold many copies. Theyll probably owe the record company lots of money at the end of the day!

The record company pays for everything in advance and then get their money back from sales. But Jedward are not selling much and I see their album flopping big time!

Big debts will force them to ditch the music career. :joker:

Jack_ 14-02-2010 06:36 PM

They're better suited on kids TV. Fact.

King Gizzard 14-02-2010 06:38 PM

I bet vanilla ice thought this was going to be a certain no.1 and it would be the making of his comeback...rofl

Their single is actually out though next week!
It was always going to go down this week, because people have already downloaded it.

I doubt it'll do much. With these types of singles they always sell better on downloads.

Yeah, but ten places it quite a crash.

Jedward have literally bought him back !!
Just because they didnt make it to #1 based on downloads alone, doesnt mean at all that its a fail!

It is a big fail actually. The sales are low which shows that they do not have a market for their music.

Just watch Walsh concentrate more on their TV work. He knows a music career will just drain them financially. Those videos and dancers cost a fortune. Plus they do covers. Big money is for songwriters only.

Westlife are finished. Album bombed and so did last single which was a rip off of Daughtry.

JLS are successful because of XF not Walsh. He doesnt make their music and thankfully has nothing to do with it. He just books their gigs.

No he just feeds of Xfactor. For longest time he only had Westlife as a success. All his other acts flopped like like his shrivelled old winky. :joker:

ThisIsMarie 15-02-2010 06:27 AM

Can someone please send me the MP3's and video's of Jedwards X factor performances?

I've been trying to find them for a while. All the links on here are broken. I tried to get them from xfactor-updates.com too, I am a member but I can't remember my user name, lol. And I can't find a place to click to send an e-mail to find it out. If anyone is a member could you sign in and search my e-mail or something, help me find my profile? Are the downloads on there even working still?

Thanks.

P.S. CD out today! :thumbs2:

Edit : Got them now. :D
