If you're using ManyCam, turn the god damn logo off. People are starting to figure out what are videos and what aren't.

Effects > Text over video > Uncheck show logo.

Your best bet is to get a video of a really hot girl stripping and then just as the guy is about to start wanking, change it to something a little more disgusting. That pisses them right off, because they feel all sad and vulnerable.

Download the video and convert it to a .WMV file. I use Any Video Converter to do both. Open ManyCam, and under Sources, click the Movie tab and select your video.
