I think he was always going to be a HM that would go in late, because really, he would of been out first eviction..HM's hate him...most of the audience is gonna hate him

So putting him in this late, just to shake things up, with only a short way to go..is a smart move

I have plenty of respect for Pepper. It takes guts to go down the Pepper route and make yourself unpopular. Big contast to JJ who has tried to ingratiate himself with the cool crowd and have nasty swipes at Sam and others in the security of that crowd.
