A quick suggestion - look on your persons profile page and have a look at what they've posted and especially the threads that they have made. This will help a lot I expect!

Someone has already sent me a PM to say that they cannot be online on Christmas Eve... if you've got the same problem then please let me know and you can PM me the present you're gonna give and I will post it in the thread on Christmas eve for you :)
