It lasted as long as the paid for six month lease, and whatever z list celeb bashes they got invited to. John James never was, and never will be romantically interested in Josie, and I reckon he got sick of being chased around the bedroom. Josie has said that he never showed her any affection -it was always one sided.

And I guess it's possible that the two of them formed a partnership to make as much money as they could, but I think their emotions towards each other in the BB house seemed very real to me, so I presume the relationship outside the house was just as real.

John James never seemed to be able to hide his true feelings, so if it was all a sham, I'm sure he would have let it slip.

True. He told her time and time again that he 'didn't see her like that, that she was only a good friend'...... said it to her more times than I recall - and to anyone else who would listen. Also said he went for slim sporty types and that she wasn't her type etc.

But she had such a hold over him in the house, remember she insulted him, and he cried.

Maybe he said he saw her as a friend so he could protect himself if she rejected him. And he did say that he didn't want to talk about a relationship between them while in the BB house.

And he also said that he loved her. It's a weird environment though, the BB house, real but not like the real word: locked away from the outside world, a housemate might not get on very well with some of the others and start to rely on their closest friends over time in there for emotional support.

I actually saw the first paragraph of the Josie/JJ split interview in OK. I swear I was laughing so much at such crap I nearly wet myself. It read like some crazy Mills and Boon. Infact I daresay worse

The split was so inevitable since the moment the fake romance first started. It's like JJ, the latter of the two major wanabees from the couple was looking for an out as soon as the the magazine contract was coming to an end, and took the out asap :joker: It will give any of the magazines still slightly interested in any of it though the fodder to keep the Josie stories coming for a while yet. In a way it is still good pr for her for a short time at least :sleep:

The tweets and some posts on DS in the Court thread and the J & JJ have split thread are very witty and funny :joker: Not interested in the two J's themselves, but am finding some of the posts and tweets hilariously funny :joker: And what is going on in the JJ and JJJ appreciation squeee threads there is also quite funny reading at times :joker:

Jury is still out on the duvet but apparently it's lodged it's own objection and doesn't want to go with either of them :wink:
