Oh it's lovely... It's all about the people involved and nothing to do with god and stuff. It's very personal and as light hearted and humorous as you want it. We're involving the kids in our vows too and having a hand fasting ceremony too :)

It's an old Scottish tradition where the bride and groom have their hands bound together by a bit of cloth.. We're having it done in such a way that our hands are wrapped in two tartan cords and when we step apart, they will have formed a knot :amazed: it's actually very nice
