There are gay guys that are more "queen" then others aren't there? Some "butch" gay guys say they can't stand "queen" gay guys infact.

I really wasn't trying to be offensive. I didn't know initiating or saying "queen" could be offensive. :conf:

Not sure why someone's sexual preferences are deemed of public interest in this day and age, but kudos to him for 'coming out'.

And yeah I can't stand it either when people say they don't understand the concept of bisexuality. A person happening to somehow not have their sexuality restricted to one gender makes perfect sense to me and what's not to get?

Not saying Bisexuality doesn't exist but it is rare to actually meet one.
What i've seen is when someone calls themselves bi sexual it's more in the transitioning, experimental stage when they still aren't sure of themselves,
Apologies if I offended any bisexual people in the forum. (I thought I was bi too once. Still question myself tbh :joker:)
Oh no of course not all gays are "queens". I was trying to make a joke that came out offensive. For that apologies. :spin:

Looking at some of the latest replies you'd have thought Ceecee had just denied the Holocaust and gassed some Jews. She said one ultimately harmless remark, untwist your knickers people.

Samm 02-12-2013 04:09 PM

Oh no

Apple202 02-12-2013 04:11 PM

if you think this was an overreaction you should have seen the replies to Smeagol's joke about bi people being 'greedy' :idc:

Well you did say 'I don't believe in being bi' which would suggest you do, but I see what you're saying now and apology accepted...thank you :)

People that aren't sure of themselves generally tend to refer to their sexuality as bi-curious, bisexual is when they know for sure that they're attracted to both men and women

Marc 02-12-2013 04:26 PM

Yeah I got a notification earlier saying about 4 of the people I follow had retweeted him. I just assumed I had some friends who liked Splash

Lol Twitter sure knows how to bring out the pond life.

I wouldn't take it out of context though. I imagine the vast vast majority of the U.K will back him and don't even care about his sexuality.

YAY MY FANTASIES COULD BECOME REAL WHEN IM OLDER and did I really say that out loud

reece(: 02-12-2013 05:51 PM

Everyone on my facebook are morons, all proclaiming Tom Daley is gay and making homophobic jokes... is this what our generation has come to?

Apple202 02-12-2013 05:53 PM

It's mostly ignorance because there's so many uneducated folk where I come from

Marc 02-12-2013 06:03 PM

Ew it bet he dives into a pool of semen and bum etc.

Is that twitter says

Z 02-12-2013 06:09 PM

Not very surprising whatsoever and I hope that he serves as a role model for young people - it's very, very rare for someone at the height of their success and fame to do something as brave as this; I do feel that he is a homosexual man claiming to be bisexual in order to test the waters - but what matters above anything else is that he's taken a very brave decision and he should be commended for that.

smeagol 02-12-2013 06:10 PM

never heard of him and why should we care

Jarrod 02-12-2013 06:11 PM

My Facebook feed hasn't been nasty at all. Mostly supportive.

Ithinkiloveyoutoo 02-12-2013 06:12 PM

tom has made his statement, now he should stay away from twitter for a bit to give the haterz time to calm down and get back to real life.

Jemal 02-12-2013 06:13 PM

Can't really say im shocked.

Why should be stay away? He shouldn't just stay away because of 'haters'. I certainly didn't stay away from my Facebook when I did it, so why should be stay away from his Twitter?

It's not even a case of 'well it might be he's really gay but he's just saying bi for now' either and besides that's a different debate entirely (Christ that annoys me and is so demeaning) but he's said he's bi, so that's what you report...do your ******ing jobs properly and actually watch the video you vacant twats.

Yw jack \o/

Jemal 02-12-2013 06:16 PM

Its kinda goto a point were 90% of people dont actually care when you annouce your gay or bi lol.

reece(: 02-12-2013 06:18 PM

These news channels are actually moronic... someone on my facebook

A - "Tom Daley has came out as gay

In other shocking news, water is wet"

B - "i swear he bi ?"

A - "nope gay, its in the news"

News reporters need to do their jobs better.

I knew someone would say that. Because haterz are inevitable. If he's capable of just ignoring the negative comments and not let it affect him, good on him but if not, it's best to stay away for a bit. One person was arrested for commenting on his dad. Unless he wants to police every hater giving himself a break doesn't have to be a bad thing.
Doesn't mean they win.

Black Dagger 02-12-2013 10:10 PM

It's a minority from what I have seen r.e the homophobia.

They aren't intelligent or witty anyway, they are best left ignored.. well done you called somebody a fag xo

Yeah, that's what our generation has come to when a half-century ago homosexuality was illegal.

Homophobia has been with us for as long as homosexuality itself and people these days are a damn-site more tolerant than then.

Gstar 02-12-2013 10:24 PM

Good on him but he mentioned that it's not a big deal, if it wasn't a big deal (which it
isn't) then why did you upload a video of it
