Really wouldn't be surprised if they dropped out tbh, they've still not chose a song or made any reference as to when they plan on doing so.

T* 06-03-2014 10:20 AM

They've also switched to internal selection because in their competition they thought that none of the songs entered were good enough.
Talk about being despicable...

Black Dagger 08-03-2014 02:47 PM

Busy night tonight :amazed:

Denmark, Slovenia and Sweden will be all selecting their representatives (I'll edit my post on the prior page when they do xo)
Russia are supposedly revealing theirs but I doubt it
Norway will be revealing their next 3 finalists

Samm 08-03-2014 02:48 PM

is Russia going to get kicked out

Very unlikely, them dropping out by their own choice wouldn't surprise me though, they cut a national final this year because they felt the standard of the entries weren't up to scratch and they've not even made it clear what they are doing now, I'm going by Wiki saying they are choosing today for them, which says it all.

Black Dagger 08-03-2014 08:26 PM

Well Slovenia, Sweden and Denmark all did the WRONG thing, how horrific -updates the song list-

T* 08-03-2014 08:33 PM

SWEDEN WHYYYY

Loukas 09-03-2014 03:15 AM

Here is the studio version of the UK entry. I hope it gets it's promo in Europe, we have a real shot this year if it does, it's strange to think we could win?! Maybe i'm just getting ahead of myself

Black Dagger 09-03-2014 10:06 AM

If we have a late performance slot, she has top 5 in the bag imo.. I don't think loads of promotion is needed though these days, if she can get a couple of gigs set up, brilliant.

T* 09-03-2014 10:09 AM

Sweden could've had Helena or Alcazar and they chose..... undo?

T* 09-03-2014 10:13 AM

I thought Molly looked familiar..

I tend to get hyped every year and have a little faith in the fact that we could win.

That faith always seems to go when the first country gives their votes though.

Loukas 09-03-2014 02:12 PM

My top 5 (so far) are -

1. United Kingdom
2. Poland
3. France
4. Greece (If they pick the song i posted earlier in the thread)
5. Hungary

Shaun 09-03-2014 03:47 PM

Undo is kind-of nice, might grow on me. Haven't heard any others yet.

Samm 09-03-2014 03:49 PM

Best song since 2002 maybe :pipe: (although I do like it very much)

Loukas 10-03-2014 11:54 PM

after listening to Romania's track again, i think they have an good chance of winning too. Their song is alright i guess, it reminds me of Cobra Starship - You Make Me Feel ft Sabi ?:suspect: lol

Black Dagger 11-03-2014 08:23 PM

lmfao, will she heck do badly, the only way she flops is if she can't sing live on the night and just gets destroyed by the juries like Blue.

Oh I need to update Greece in a bit, I swear their NF was later in the week.

Loukas 11-03-2014 08:35 PM

i remember last year i looked at comments in videos people make of their top 10/15/23

comments by people are generally good for the UK but it's hard to tell from just comments but it gives a rough idea?

comment by someone in Israel
my top 5:
1.israel
2. uk
3. irland
4. hungary
5. romania

Comment from Spain
1. Sweden
2. Romanía
3. Hungary
4. United Kingdom
5. Spain

Comment from.. somewhere..?
1. Spain
2. Sweden
3. Romania
4. United Kingdom
5. Hungary

but you get the point

Black Dagger 14-03-2014 09:05 AM

And we have our 'BIG 5' complete, think it is the strongest in years. Germany should have sent Madeline Juno, but I'd rather Elaiza over 18th century Santiano that is for sure.

Black Dagger 14-03-2014 09:09 AM

So we now have..

Armenia song presentation - Revealed!
Azerbaijan song presentation - Revealed
Russia - idfk what they are playing at
Belgium NF - Revealed!
Moldova NF - Revealed!
Portugal NF - Revealed!
San Marino song presentation - Revealed!

Austria song presentation - Revealed!
Georgia song presentation - Revealed!
Norway NF - Revealed!

Black Dagger 14-03-2014 05:54 PM

Armenia has shot up in my rankings. Aram is hilarious, he's going to be such a character during Eurovision week and the song is fantastic.

Loukas 14-03-2014 06:26 PM

I wonder which version Poland are going to sing this year, they have a bilingual version too

Poland's track is fast becoming one of my favourites

Benjamin 14-03-2014 07:17 PM

Sweden's Entry :worship:

T* 14-03-2014 07:28 PM

Sweden's has grown on me.
UUUUNDO MY SAAD

Mystic Mock 14-03-2014 09:14 PM

UK could actually do well now that we've sent good none pensioner Music through this year.

I don't mean it to be rude to anyone that likes Engelbert and Bonnie Tyler but this entry for the UK is a lot better so we'll see.

T* 15-03-2014 12:22 PM

Russia has surprisingly not pulled out, they're sending the Tolmachevy Twins, the winners of the junior esc in 2006

Black Dagger 15-03-2014 12:27 PM

Oh has that been officially confirmed now.

T* 15-03-2014 01:34 PM

Yup, on the front page of eurovision.tv

T* 15-03-2014 06:49 PM

I love Germany's entry!

Black Dagger 15-03-2014 06:50 PM

It's no Melanie Juno

Black Dagger 15-03-2014 10:20 PM

Norway did the predictable and took their favourite who the bookies have hyped up as a Norway victory, needs to get a personality if he wants any chance of the victory in May though, he's going to flop and the bookies gonna be broke pmsl

T* 15-03-2014 10:50 PM

Norway is going to struggle desperately to get past the semi final.

Black Dagger 16-03-2014 04:06 PM

Just Belgium, Austria and Russia to go now.
