I's all absolutely fantastic, well done Jarrod!

Nick. 04-09-2014 07:39 PM

I love it! The sofas and the living area is stunning, I love the little upstairs hidey hole! The kitchen is very well designed and I love the futuristic touches and the Ipad is superb! :)

Jarrod 04-09-2014 07:41 PM

Thank you all! So much more to come :flutter:

Dining Area
Big Brother is making Housemates sit together again as they eat, with this dining table. It is round and has enough space for 16 Housemates to sit together - four in each seating section.

While the Housemates eat, they can look at the Housemate memory board which is again made up of screens.

Also, here is a layout plan of the rooms in the House, not labeled.

Amazing yet again! I'm working on a Viacom version myself! Are you planning on using rendering like you did with your last house, it'd look beautiful!

Thank you! Rendering would take way too long with this model, I'll see what I can do but I don't think I'll be getting many renders.

Balcony

The living area of the Big Brother House continues with the upstairs area. Yes, Big Brother has installed a balcony for the Housemates to sit and chat, and watch over the entire living area. However - this area is not to be taken for granted. It isn't luxury - In fact, the entire area is made up of scrap metal and carpets. The floor has circuit board patterns running through it, with flickering lights. Another sign of a failing or problematic Big Brother House?

To access the balcony, Housemates must climb the spiral staircase.

Nick. 06-09-2014 06:07 PM

Love it! Very nicely designed!

I can imagine Frenchy 'accidentally' nudging someone over the barrier!

Jarrod 06-09-2014 07:28 PM

Thank you all so much! :amazed: You've seen the majority of the main part of the House now. Moving outside soon!

Head of House Bedroom

The Head of House Bedroom is accessed via a short corridor off the main living area. Only the HoH will sleep in this room, but can invite two other Housemates into the House to spend time with.

The bedroom is a small space, with a large circular bed, a comfy chair, a small table with two chairs, a storage unit and a plasma screen. The room also includes another Housemate memory wall, which the HoH can use to rate the Housemates from 1-14 (Or however many Housemates there are).

 It'd be worth being Head Of House just to get to sleep in the bedroom! Superb work. :)

Cal. 07-09-2014 02:22 PM

Loves it, that bed:love:

Margarine. 07-09-2014 02:28 PM

Everything about this is fab

Liam- 07-09-2014 02:28 PM

I think this is your best project to date Jarrod, it's all looking and sounding lush

Jarrod 07-09-2014 02:30 PM

Thank you all so much  I can't wait to move out into the garden and the bedrooms.

Kai Anders 07-09-2014 04:49 PM

Do you mind if I do a viacom project too? Like you have, I've built the house, just need to do some final fittings, but thought I should ask you first!

Of course? It's not my theme or idea really. It's a general thing. You're obviously welcome to try it. I'm almost done posting this House. Only a few more rooms to go.

Okay thanks, I thought I'd asked because when people copy or whatever on here they usually get so annoyed and aggressive, I figure it'd be polite to ask first!

Kai Anders 08-09-2014 01:11 AM

also do you have any recommendations for Google Sketchup rendering software preferably for Mac!? I really wanna try it out but all the demo's don't open!?!?!?

Bedroom 1

The bedrooms of the House are accessed through the garden, which will be revealed at a later date.

This is the first bedroom, and is the least comfortable room in the entire House. Whoever sleeps in this room will have a cold, hard bed to sleep on with thin blankets. While the room is a calming blue, rest assured that Big Brother won't let the Housemates rest easy.

In addition to six single beds, all connected, there are storage units built into the walls, a wardrobe, two chairs and a toilet.

There aren't many rooms left to reveal now... sob.

Nick. 08-09-2014 05:54 PM

:laugh2: The beds are so close together, like one long bed, I love it!

Jarrod 09-09-2014 04:20 PM

I've worked out a launch twist for this too, which is just a bit of fun. I'll post it after the House.

Jarrod 10-09-2014 04:46 PM

Main Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is a complete opposite to the first bedroom. It's warm, cosy, comfortable and spacious. Double beds take their place on a raised wooden platform, while storage has been built into the walls.

The bedroom has a toilet and a walk in wardrobe space for the Housemates to store their clothes. The beds are made with large memory foam mattresses, warm sheets and fluffy pillows. Which bedroom would you prefer?

Love the evilness of the first bedroom, and omg the second bedroom has to be my favourite ever:love:

Jarrod 11-09-2014 05:09 PM

Thank you!

Nick. 11-09-2014 05:19 PM

Very nice bedroom! It's lot less like a set and more like a home, I love the plants, chairs and lamps in the bedroom. :spin2:

Jarrod 11-09-2014 05:27 PM

Thanks! The next part is the Garden, where you see everything slot into place together and where the bedrooms are.

Jarrod 11-09-2014 07:10 PM

Garden
One of the main transformation points of the House is the Garden. Gone is the futuristic and light colours from my previous project, and in are dark and enclosed spaces.

The main living space moves into the garden via the patio door, which leads out to the shower area and toilet. The small garden leads then to a circle seating area in the centre. Big Brother has installed a small swimming pool for the Housemates to enjoy, alongside some recliner chairs. The dark wood and purple colour scheme is evident throughout the area, apart from one certain area. There is an enclosed seating area with light wood and purple hexagons.

The only bathroom in the House this year is outside, and it has just two sinks and a bathtub. If you think that's all to this House, then think again as another secret is yet to be unveiled...
