I've seen casualty filmed lots in Bristol too.... I used to live in Hotwells right next to the flyover and they filmed a car being driven into the river there.... it was great to watch.

Way too much swearing at the beginning but got better as it went on... be good to see how it pans out. I like the crazy girl!

Yeah, it was way to over-board on the swearing as it started.

I was'nt going to watch it .. ( did'nt like the adverts of lots of teenagers puking up) .. but heard Noddy Holder on Mark Radcliffes BBCradio2 show saying how good it was .. so, i'm gonna catch the repeat.

( Noddy Holder of Slade fame does a telly review .. and he's pretty spot on with his views)

I wasn't going to watch it either, because I figured it wasn't aimed at my age group, but I might give it a blast on the repeat as well, and see what I think of it.

By reading through this thread, I'm thinking things haven't changed much since I was 17. Drugs, Sex, Alcohol ... ahhhh.. those were the days ...

that annoying girls voice in the advert put me off, the slutty one talking about one night stands.........

I thought it was fantastic, absolutely loved Carrie and Tony, the one with no colour co-ordination seems to be quite a funny character.

I can't wait for next week, it's not as good as Shameless but still it's fab!

I watched it, i think it was a bit gross in some parts, but it was better than i thought so i think ill watch it again

watched it last night... straight after Russell's finale BBBM show ( well done Shipa by the way).

Very impressed by it .. great acting, great script.. very funny, laughed out loud on several occaisions .. loved those "OK Ya" private schoolgirls, and Harry Enfield as the sweary dad. Def gonna watch the rest of the series.

I watched it through the nite on Sunday (cuz my cold was keepin me awake anyway!). It was really good. The sweary dad amused me.. as did the DJ at the party. His "shizzle on the dizzle" was quality!

I must admit I really enjoyed it. I love the weird girl.. she's brilliant!

I've heard reviews off friends, it sounds good!
Unfortunately I missed it what with illness and business etc., lol.

haha, yeah .. i'd have thought it might have been funny to see a fisherman hook the bag of weed out of the river.

Great 1st episode though .. i can see the main character getting off with that naked neighbour over the road .. and that grumpy old school teacher after his blood:thumbs:

Oh yeah, I did watch it but forgot to post and mention.
I thought it was good, quite a lot how I expected to be honest.
The car falling in the river thing was a bit out of the blue, which made it funny...:laugh:
Also the random drug dealer bloke with the funny moustache - I actually couldn't help but stare at the moustache!

Now the guy with the moustache is going to be their supply teacher for a few days, should be a fun episode next week.

Yeah, I can see him being one of those characters that's around a lot but isn't a main character, a bit like Gunther from friends (although the scale of the programmes is obviously different!)

I'm looking forward to the next episode as well!
