It's quite an effeminate thing for Joel to do? But I think Danny had the biggest issue with it, and Sarah is looking for something to pass the blame from Aaron which is quite a difficult task

And what difference does that make? if he was Louis Spence, Aaron STILL had no right to rub himself on him

Would make it all the sweeter if she left !!!

Cherie 29-05-2015 03:41 PM

Interesting though that Joel insisted on settling it there and then rather than waiting to discuss it in the morning, he can get his point across when he needs to :idc:

She was one of my favourites, but this has completely destroyed any support I can show for her, what a ridiculous thing to say, stupid bat.

Vanessa 29-05-2015 03:58 PM

Just when I was starting to like Sarah.

Sarah Greenwood seems to blame Joel Williams for Aaron Frew’s exit from the Big Brother house.

In tonight’s show, Sarah and Danny are in the smoking area. Sarah comments that she thinks she saw Joel smirk when it was announced that Aaron was removed.

Later, Joel asks Sarah if there is something wrong. Sarah tells him that they need to have a conversation but she will wait till the morning because they have all been drinking. Joel insists that they settle things immediately.

An argument breaks out where Sarah tells him that his behaviour in the wake of Aaron’s departure has been inappropriate. Joel asks what Sarah’s reaction would have been if she had been in that situation.

Sarah replies, “No one in this house would do that to me because I would have made it extremely, unequivocally clear that that was not on.”

Joel responds, “What are you trying to suggest?”

Nick tries to defend Joel but Sarah tells him not to get involved a sshe adds: “I have no issue with the fact they removed Aaron. My issue is you then parade around in women’s clothing. You encourage it.”

Joel snaps: “I think that’s bang out of order for you to suggest that justifies his actions.”

After things cool down, Nick and Joel are in the bath. Joel says, “There will be a hate campaign against me.”

He also saw an opportunity to set her off. She did say that they'd been drinking.

Oh come on now Joel could have shut the behaviour down instead of giggling and throwing cushions and pretend kicking that really told Aaron

he was leading him on and then decided to have a wee strop when others laughed at him and he did not like it

what a snidey bitch

Vicky. 29-05-2015 04:25 PM

Yeah, totally lead him on. The way he wears his bathrobe and says he is straight, while daring to like sandra bullock films, he was just asking for a creepy drunk to chase him with his penis. I agree.

I'm beginning to like Joel more now, he can really stand his ground when it comes to things like this. Sarah on the other hand...basically just sealed her eviction

Vanessa 29-05-2015 04:34 PM

I can't believe some people are blaming Joel for what happened. I mean, seriously? The poor lad was so uncomfortable. And so was I watching it. :nono:

Northern Monkey 29-05-2015 04:38 PM

I hope Sarah stays now for the post eviction fireworks.Eviction + drink + built up tension = BABOOM!!!!

Maria26 29-05-2015 04:39 PM

Hummmmm where is Sarah blaming Joel? Cause that's not what she was saying AT ALL. She clearly told him that she had no issue with Aaron being removed from the house and was only trying to explain to him that he should have been unequivocally clear from the beginning that he wasn't confortable with Aaron's behavior towards him. And she is right! This is not the first time that accidents like that happen between Joel and Aaron.

jennyjuniper 29-05-2015 04:43 PM

Sarah is completely in the wrong to blame Joel. She, Harriet and some of the others were to blame, along with Aaron. Aaron is the type who thrives on attention and gets wound up by it, so that lot cheering him on probably led him to carry on longer than he should.
As for that bitch Sarah saying that Joel encouraged him because he sometimes wears womens clothes, does she also think that attacks on women are justified because they wear short skirts??

She does not blame him though...

and yes, Joel did nothing to prevent that from happening. He should have been clearn since the get go with Aaron as little accidents already had happened.

Rorkimaru 29-05-2015 05:05 PM

Very disappointed by this. After Nick, Sarah was my favourite but that's a thoroughly horrible thing to say. Earlier that very night Joel refused to even kiss Aaron on the lips. That's a pretty clear statement that while they're friends he doesn't want that kind of physical contact between them.

Well if someone said something like that to me I don't think I'd have the patience to wait to discuss it at their convenience.

Agree 100%. Just a thoroughly wrong stance to take.

I have to agree. I don't know if I'd go so far as to say I like him but I'm impressed that he stands up for himself.

depends when they close the lines. if they go through all this 'vote freezing' crap then we could be in for a long night, probably leaving us with the 2 most boring housemates out of the 6.
i have long given up on the production team using any common sense

Where did I say he led him on, I said he is able enough to shut him down

yet he was unable to stand up to Aaron, and tell him to piss off, selective.
