I found a Chem Station in Sancturary, it's behind the house with the Chem dealer computer I think.

In my game I've gotten to Diamond City and Piper's now my companion. Kinda sad you can only have one companion at a time cause I'm working on Curtain Call (Where you have to climb a tower full of supermutants to save Rex Thompson, it's right by Diamond City) right now and I want to keep both Piper and the Super Mutant.

You can send piper away for a bit and travel with different companions as you need them?

I'm not really sure if any of them have specific side missions... the only available companions I have atm are Piper, Dogmeat, the Minute men dude and...actually that's it :/ but I can't say no to Dogmeat... plus the minutemen guy was kinda judgmental with everything so I'm letting him wait at the castle or wherever it was where he's expecting my backup so I can do the brotherhood missions without him :hee:

I know that, I just don't want to cause I love Piper but I also want the Super Mutant

I'm sure the super mutant won't live up to Lily anyway

Piper and Strong would not get along... Piper wants you to be good and above all truthful (increases her affection for you) and Strong... Well... Strong likes it when you straight up shoot people in the face for no reason.

I'm playing a mostly-good male character with Piper as companion for my main playthrough. My second playthrough (in a year when the PC molding community will no doubt have worked wonders with the game) I think I'm going to be a evil as **** female character and essentially just wander around with Strong, murdering people :joker:.

If you have a PC or PS4, the first patch is out.

Goodneighbor is nice. And I enjoyed tracking down the lost brotherhood recon team. But otherwise I'm just doing side missions for now lol. Bloody mirelurks are everywhere.

I just recently did that mission, sadly just after I did reunions and so when I saw the Brotherhood of Steel arrive, I decided to finish a couple BOS missions before going back to the base, including the Lost Patrol

So now Danse is my companion and I can't finish the mission now. :p I went through hell with the Supermutants trying to find the last beacon.

Oh the brotherhood ship arriving scared the crap out of me lol

I just encountered that little cult that asks you to give up all your possessions... and it was all turning sour and I was about to attack him when a vertibird fell from the sky?!

So that's a planned event? I saw a clip similar to that eariler.

I bought the game today for PC :) I think I'm the only one who still buys physical copies lmao

There's not really much point - it activates through Steam anyway and will auto-download a massive patch. Might as well get it through steam in the first place!

I keep trying to do settlement stuff but exploration is proving too big of a distraction.

Stick with mutfruit, it's the most efficient. You can just pick it at other settlements and then plant it, or even harvest "ripe" ones and replant them in the settlement you're in.

I have the opposite problem. I have a few hours before work to play, really try to commit to actually getting some of the missions or storyline done, then two hours later I've built half of a giant metal pyramid and had to abandon it anyway because of lack of space...

i can't get supply lines to work :'(

when i assign settles to supply lines nothing happens :x like the workshop inventory isn't shared or anything and the lines don't show up on the map idk

i'm so over this game now it's really boring and repetitive ;_;

i usually save the main quest until last but i've been all over the map and hardly found any interesting side quests

the settlement quests are all pretty much the same and the brotherhood quests too

I feel like this too, pretty much dont feel like going back to the game at all, which is weird, cause I spent months of F3, New Vegas and Skyrim.

I would agree, sort of. I really enjoyed the game and it has a solid 150 hours of content at least which isn't bad at all, more if you're into building, but I don't see a huge amount of replay value compared to Skyrim which I have started 4 times (and never finished the main quest) and have had a different experience every time...

I'll play through again in a year or so when all of the dlc is out and there are a tonne of good mods, mainly to also see a different ending.

But yeah it feels more like a one-time experience than a sandbox. A pretty good experience for me, though.

New Vegas is a older game. So it's probably a mod.

There's a new patch this week, no update on DLC or GECK (Allows mods to be played on consoles) though.
