Arguing is conflict which you just said he don't like, aggression is a completely different thing

Of course he doesn't, he is a self confessed agitator. He loves to cause conflict but he is way too cowardly to get involved. i think there is a name for someone like him, Ill leave you to fill that gap in.

Then he has never been aggressive. And why should he get involved in Sue battles? She can handle herself.

Tom was saying he was in it for the experience, I just thought Raph might agree with that sentiment, it wasn't one of his clique so looks like he stayed well out

Every single one of them have come in with a gameplan, of course some of them will have been altered along the way, but even Tom is playing the game.

If he got involved people would have said why did he involve himself. It had nothing to do with him. He can't win.
