At least be a bit more subtle in calling me out LT :suspect:

Nah but am not even FAT but I feel like I'm well on my way! My metabolism doesn't do me any favors anymore like it used to cause my eating was always pretty **** although tbf that's also just because I used to exercise a TON more even as recent as a few years ago.

Just however i feel on the day.

Today i’m skinny with a 20 BMI.

If we can do it with gender then I don’t see why we can’t with weight tbh.

Funny you mention that.

When we had our Nielsen TV ratings system thing setup, they asked me what relationship and job we "identified" ourselves as having... I was a little bit surprised given how much they care about accuracy in their equipment/reporting.

Even the guy was like "Yeah, sign of the times....". So yeah, personal question they now ask with that qualifier... can't call a spade a spade anymore.

Places like Walmart, (I guess comparable to Costco?) especially are guilty of trying to shove as much high fat/sugary snacks at customers as possible. The larger ones have a grocery store as well, but going through the aisles, I feel like a lot of what they sell is a sugar-addicts dream as that's primarily what they focus on. So yes, it's absurdly cheap, but it isn't cheap in the longrun considering health/life quality, but in the US especially, we can pretty much live off candybars on a lower income...

Not obese, but around five years ago I was overwight and since than have lost over 15 kg (sorry, I don't know the stone measurement system ).
I'm still wary every time I go shopping (not happening a lot anyway) and suddenly I'm small and not XL anymore.
