I've doubled my wage but the stress that comes with it dont suit me.

Instead of me and kev doing the jobs it's me training up a young lad..whilst doing kevs job.

I dont enjoy the authority.

Oh god yeah it can be annoying af while training/teaching someone stuff but also depends on who it is etc. And I really don't like authority too much either tbf lol
