It will have cost thousands and if you can’t get a guilty verdict first time round there is a good chance you won’t get it at a second trial.

it will either be a retrial or it will be dropped which is a pretty satisfactory outcome for a scumbag that admitted assault on tape

My partner goes for jury service on the 17th of September

People only question the jury when they don’t like the verdict
