At last, we Find Out why that Lady killed 2 Girls
in her car.

She had an Epileptic Fit

becoming stiff.
Strange sensations, such as a "rising" feeling

and a tingling feeling in your arms or legs.]

there are strict rules about driving with epilepsy. They would have to be on medication and not had a fit in the previous 6 months to be allowed on the road

Yes that's why they should charge her

She did not take her meds

I thought they said is was a sudden onset and she didn't know she had it

Cherie 26-06-2024 05:53 PM

The CPS said there was no evidence Ms Freemantle had ever suffered a similar seizure before and she had no previously diagnosed medical condition.

BBC

Arista stop spreading false news, if you have a heart attack at the wheel and dont know you have a heart condition why would you be charged????

bots 26-06-2024 06:13 PM

Epilepsy is not something you can cover up. The effects are obvious if it had happened before and when you get tested for it, you are in the system

Very True

UserSince2005 26-06-2024 08:18 PM

if you are having a fit your foot isnt still going to be on the peddle, doesn't make sense.

how would you know? a very good friend of mine died at the wheel she had a some sort of seizure and the car just kept going, crossed the road luckily no one was walking or driving on it, and went through a ditch and came to a stop in a field, she sadly died

there a difference between the car just keeping going, and the car accelerating through a fence at speed and smashing into a building.

bots 26-06-2024 10:18 PM

it depends how the body behaves during a fit. It could easily result in the car accelerating

I know you like to bait-post total nonsense for the reaction but at least think and try to make your crap sound semi-reasonable before you post.

…it’s all just incredibly tragic and heartbreaking for everyone…there isn’t always any type of criminal culpibility or anything that could have been avoided with more care etc…that’s a very difficult thing to accept when you’ve lost a child, when their lives have so suddenly been taken…’seeking justice’ must be a focus that is so needed …but sometimes there is no justice/blame to seek, it’s all just very tragic…the driver has to live with the images of those two little girls for the rest of her life…and the families have to live without their daughters for the rest of their lives…all just horrendous and heartbreaking for all of them…

Yes
the First attack of an Epileptic Fit.

So she was not on medicine,
at the time of this accident.

So Tragic, if only she picked a less strong
Car.

The Land Rover

if we are going down that route no one should be driving a powerful car in case they get a fit or have a medical episode, sad as it is it was a tragic unavoidable accident
