It’s not GTA 6 related but that source code that was released regarding the GTA 5 story DLC’s was kinda gutting. There was one that was related to Liberty City from GTA 4. I would’ve liked to see how that would’ve panned out.

Yeah it bugs me that they cancelled GTA5 story DLC in favour of focusing on GTA Online... Which I've never thought was particularly great :shrug:

Tbh seeing how a majority of the updates for GTA online have panned out (a lot of them imo are very similar, just tweaked slightly with a different story to differentiate them a little bit) I would’ve rather had less of those and more story mode DLC’s instead.

I'm getting to relive GTA 5 story mode currently as my daughter has wanted to play it "properly" (do the missions) for years and have decided that meh, she's old enough now to understand the humour.

Never thought I'd be sighing and saying "Don't drive off so fast look you've killed your wee junkie pal again!" to my precious little cherub :joker:.

I stand on the car roof, Shoot in the Head
an Army man in one tower
as they circle them.
Using my Rifle
I then change to the Swat-type Machine gun.
get in my sports car, drive fast up the highway.

Around 10 police cars are chasing me,
plus 2 Helicopters.

If you shoot dead, an Army man
more Police chase you faster.


If one tire blows from a sharpshooter near
his van I then Drive on the Railway
But loads of Police cars are racing on the upper hill
some explode as you take a look behind you.

You have to watch if a train is coming.
If it is,
stay on the other side then with the
special machine gun shoot the pilots of all helicopters
flying low.

Sometimes my car engine catches fire.

I then jump onto the train carriage
crouch down shooting 6 or more Helicopters

After they run out
I walk off the industrial Train carriage

Another year to wait then, at least. We all knew it would be delayed anyway

Had a feeling it’d be delayed, just not for another whole year.

If it means we get a near-perfect game though then fine I guess. Just hard waiting even longer after the already enormous wait since GTA V!

I expecting no glitches, hippcups etc if they are taking this long to release it. I hope it’s good

I have two theories as to why this Game has been delayed.

1. They're never going to release the Game (in the foreseeable future at least) due to the current political climate that has definitely been infesting Gaming culture over the last decade.

Because whichever side Rockstar takes, the other side will lead a hate campaign which will lead to terrible PR for the franchise.

2. Rockstar were frightened that they'd lose GOTY to Ghost Of Yotei or Expedition 33.

That's my opinion.

Nah, when there's billions to be made, and lets face it, they will make billions off this game, they wont give a sh!t about the political climate, just like any company when it comes to making huge money. Especially Rockstar.

I’m honestly amazed at how they can delay a game that they’ve been developing for the last 12 years

It's the bad PR going into GTA VII and beyond that Rockstar might be nervous about.

No problem. And yeah, it looks incredible.

I'll be hype for the release when we know it's actually weeks from release. It's been in development so long and delayed so many times it's barely worth the energy before then. It's likely to be a great game and a technical innovation but yeah... It has to be taken with a pinch of salt until it actually exists.
