Mr Stuart is due to return to the Dubai summit after the vote - a round trip of 6,824 miles.

Maybe if the focus had been on stopping the boats to begin with, the garbage idea of sending migrants to Rwanda wouldn't be "necessary".

The interesting thing is that the Rwanda deal whether it is a success or a failure does not affect tory votes. Those supporters of removing illegal immigrants are not going to vote for another party in protest if it is a failure. I don't know who is advising Sunak, but he is flogging the wrong horse
