If you've seen it anywhere else, it's more than likely DS because he's a member there too.

Billy has several reality TV stars on his MSN; not just Stephanie, hence why it's totally believeable.
I'm also sure he'd been in touch with or had heard from her family [may not be true, just remember him saying something bout it] so he could well have got it.

It's not impossible to speak to people on MSN. I've spoken to someone from BB (But i promised i wouldn't tell cause i'd be pestered for her email).

Ask her would she be up for making a fake account and taking part in a TiBB big MSN conversation of some sort? People get to speak to her for a while, she doesn't get her email leaked etc.

Yeah... we kind of do...

The full size image shows billy hasn't photoshopped the screenshot, at all.

Plus, that photo isn't available to the public ANYWAY.

Plus it's a known fact she goes on msn webcam to some of her fans, she's mentioned this on an official thing before.
