Nope, Player 1's post at 5AM just wouldn't count.

Alright, since you failed this mission neither the 10PM or 11PM post will count.

Melanie successfully posted at 7AM, and that exemption did not depend on whether or not the group task.

So Melanie and SiaSiaSia (who is on holiday, I have given her an exemption..) have exemptions.
