BUt as it is, its not a rule, there is no such thing as an appreciation section here, so it doesnt matter if you change the title, you have to get admin to put it in the rules.

Yes, but surely if it's an appreciation thread, it's really common courtesy to leave people to appreciate without having to start fights? Fair enough if you have an opinion on a song or a video, but when you come in and post unneeded pictures and videos, it draws the line at having a discussion.
