that has been done on here.

This thread is about The BBC Future.
Latest

Agreed. All the TV channels. All the radio stations. The web......All for just a few pence a day......A little more than the cost of a trashy SUN newspaper

Yes and I am sure there are many hundreds of thousands of pensioners agree with you, not having access to all those extra TV channels and Radio stations.

They also love watching BBC I-player on computers they havent got.

That is Ground Breaking

Ch4 News at 7PM is second to none
even got Exclusive Live to Iran.

France24 News in english is a great channel
with full UK reviews.

PressTVNews and Al Jazeera English News 24 is great

There is so much great stuff out there
with Sky ,Ch4, ITV1 , BBC, Dave, Ch5
and the BBC will improve Quality after these stations close
so it is a good move forward.

S4c and the BBC World Service
are to be funded by Public money.

S4c is not BBC
but it appears as they are bankrupt - they soon will be under the BBC control
to keep them alive.

The BBC Licence Fee is to be Frozen at the curent £145 rate for the next 6 years

I don't watch the BBC or have to buy a licence so I couldnt care less if they scrapped it altogether.

Outdated institution thats needs a radical overhaul. Outrageous forcing people to still buy a licence when there's about 178 other TV channels and tons of radio stations to choose!
