...ahhhh, thanks Jess...yeah I know what you mean though, I've been so tired this week and yet still can't seem to sleep much, it's so annoying..maybe some of yours is excitement..is it not long until you go to Portugal..?..

Well I don't know what is causing it. I am not too excited yet because there is still eleven weeks until I go. I keep feeling too warm and then if I remove the duvet I feel too cold. I am also thinking a lot about all sorts of things.

..yeah I think if your mind is active then the tensions from that thought activity transfers to your body and it's probably what's causing you to feel too warm and then it's like a viscous circle when you throw off the covers...I do feel for you because then you can get frustrated so sleep is even less likely...maybe calming music ..?..if you are someone that can 'block' your surroundings, you can relax your body by focusing your thoughts on it a part at a time..like right, now my feet are going to relax and flop and loosen and then working up your body until you feel relaxed all over...
