Ooh...less than 5 and a half hours now! :P

Its in the same format as all the other countdown ads. The words "Tonight" come together ontop of the eye, and Marcus Bentley says "Tonight!" and it spins out to reveal the eye. It was on the adbreak between Titanic and Countdown on Channel 4 :D
