its gotta be sting
way to similar to this

plus 2-21-11 is gonna be held in california where sting is billed from
but knowing wwe they just did this to get our hopes up and its prob gonna be something **** like taker

EDIT :turns out it is taker ..there was a promo for that date and it says the return of the undertaker
****ing dickheads getting me all exicted thinking it was sting :(

RichardWells 01-02-2011 09:01 PM

How do you know it's not a red herring though as maybe it will be Taker Vs Sting at Mania and they did the whole announcing Undertaker thing to throw us of the scent of thinking it's Sting.

Plus i've seen a snippet of an article from the New York times saying that Sting has agreed to a 1 year contract with WWE.

Plus TNA have stopped all negotiations with him on another contract with them.

Plus Meltzer is saying that everyone backstage in TNA are saying that Sting is WWE bound.

I don't know what to believe, I just think their is more to this story than meets the eye.

RichardWells 01-02-2011 09:01 PM

Damn computer lol.

- Kevin Nash appeared on ESPN Radio's Pro Wrestling Report, available at pwrshow.com, last night to talk about his return to WWE and more.

Nash noted that WWE flew him out of Daytona Beach, Florida so it would be easier on him. He said if TNA would have flown him out of the state, he would have to have driven from his home to Orlando, 90 miles, opposed to the few miles when traveling with WWE. Nash talked about how nice his accommodations were while staying in Boston.

The former World Champion noted that he signed paperwork and had a physical upon arriving to the arena. Nash said he spent about a half-hour with Triple H before shooting photos and video with WWE staff. He then met with Vince McMahon before hanging out with Triple H and Stephanie McMahon, where he went over plans for the Rumble with Triple H.

Nash also noted that he talked with people from THQ, makers of SmackDown vs. RAW and All Stars, while he was at the Rumble.

Nash said that he is signed to a Legends contract and will meet with WWE officials on Wednesday of this week to talk about what's next. Under the Legends deal, Nash will likely be involved with things like action figures and DVD's.
I'm dreaming!

hris Jericho was recently interviewed, and discussed a possible WWE return. You can read that at FanHouse.com. Here is an excerpt… "I mean, there's a deal on the table. A deal on the table that's 90-percent done. There's a couple of minor things that we had to hammer out. It would just be a matter of what other stuff is going on and how that stuff is going."

Spoiler:

Booker T was introduced as the newest member of the SmackDown announce team at tonight's SmackDown taping in Long Island, New York, replacing Matt Striker. The team now consists of the returning Superstar, Michael Cole and Josh Mathews.

He performed the "Spin-a-Roonie" in the ring before joining his new colleagues at the announce desk.

As reported earlier, Booker T returned to World Wrestling Entertainment to announce as well as wrestle. His new role with the company is being compared to that of Jerry Lawler's since he announces and wrestles.

Booker T, along with Kevin Nash, returned to WWE Sunday to participate in the 40-Man Royal Rumble Match. He entered the battle royal at number twenty-one and was ultimately eliminated by Mason Ryan.

The six-time world champion reportedly signed a long-term contract with the organization.

Why get rid of striker? he is an amazing commentator..the only one who is actually funny without trying to hard

Aww... as much as I like our new announcer, I love Striker... the other announcers (Cole, Lawler and Matthews however do not... Striker is on his way out I'd imagine)

Iceman 02-02-2011 12:27 PM

I wouldnt have put him straight into commentary.....have him wrestle for a bit then do commentary in a few months.....

Stu 02-02-2011 02:51 PM

This is absoloutely fantastic. Striker was a terrible announcer to the point where the others were openly making fun of him on air. At least now we won't have to stick someone trying to wax poetic about sleepers and forearm shots whilst trying to think up of six hundred new nicknames for wrestlers.

:worship:

They don't make them like this anymore

bbfan1991 03-02-2011 12:26 AM

I would love for Miz to beat SuperCena at WrestleMania but can't see that happening:(.

Barrett vs Undertaker looks a possibility?

bbfan1991 03-02-2011 06:59 PM

Apparently there's rumours that Tinie Tempah ft Eric Turner Written In The Stars is singing the main single for Wrestlemania.

Stu 03-02-2011 07:01 PM

It's not a rumor. The promo video for WrestleMania with that same track on it has been out since Sunday.

Screw that, I want Sting Vs Undertaker.

Ruth*Star 04-02-2011 07:12 PM

^I had to comment on that, I do want Taker Vs. Sting, Its like the Ultimate Dream Match right? but the inner TNA mark in me wants him to have a final run in TNA.

Me too, although it would be weird for them not to have Taker seek revenge on that attack the Nexus did on him but Sting is a great idea;).

He's done all he can in TNA.

An icon like Sting should retire in the big league, not a bingo hall.

Stu 05-02-2011 10:52 AM

Bingo halls can have atmosphere and passion. No, I'd equate the iMPACT Zone more to a studio graveyard. I want to individually punch the lights out of every one of those TNA marks more concerned with putting themselves and their 'smartness' over on air than help the product.

Bring back WCW.

Ramsay 05-02-2011 03:07 PM

WCW

Oh don't get me wrong, I love TNA very much, but I feel the Impact Zone sucks too, They either chant "this is awesome" at the most random things or TNA TNA TNA for a simple DDT or something like that.

Ramsay 05-02-2011 05:32 PM

Trying to hard to be like an ECW crowd and they just fail miserably
