TNA is not ECW for a start :joker:.

RichardWells 07-02-2011 08:42 PM

According to WWE.com.

The chairman Mr. McMahon returns to Raw tonight :)

Stu 07-02-2011 08:51 PM

Will be watching live. Hope all this RoboGM business blows over and it's not just some lame celebrity announcement.

Stu 08-02-2011 01:44 AM

Spoiler:

This weeks 'Is it Sting, is it The Undertaker?' vignette, brought to you by The Crow, was accompanied by Johnny Cash's 'Aint No Grave'.

Safe to assume Big Bossman is coming back, then.

Worst Raw ever on monday.. Vince just coming back for about 5 minutes to tell us that there will be a Guest host at Wrestlemania.. Unless it's the Rock then i don't really care at all. and it's obvious someone is going to withdraw from the Raw elimination chamber making room for Triple H.. it will be R truth after what happened to him on Monday

Just read an article on TheSun saying the rock was coming back soon for something special......I put my life savings on it being the WM thing..... Welcome back btw.

Stu 09-02-2011 05:42 PM

I reckon HBK has to be considered the obvious choice. Rock and Austin are also likely. I would be happy with all three. As long as it's not a celebrity twatbag with zero interest in the product.

Of course if they were smart Kevin Nash would be hosting it. And it would be called DiesoMania.

Novo 09-02-2011 06:15 PM

Didn't like the way King pinned DiBiase either they are ruining him at the minute he's not going in any sort of direction and just jobbing to everyone he faces.. and sadly i can see Maryse being released soon.. what can they do with her now?

Novo 10-02-2011 06:52 PM

Spoiler:

It is being rumored that Michael Cole will be in match against Jerry Lawler at WrestleMania 27. Cole has reportedly been in training at WWE\'s developmental ground FCW in recent weeks learning how to take bumps etc. The speculation is Cole will cost Lawler the WWE Championship again at the upcoming Elimination Chamber PPV.

Stu 10-02-2011 06:59 PM

Now how didn't I see that coming?

Fantastic.

Agreed:).

Smackdown is on at 10:30 tomorrow, although it will probably be overrun and start later:rolleyes:.

'Did the garden even hold 29,000?'
'It did that night'.

I was momentarily drawn into the soap opera dramatics of this the other day when I had to babysit my brother, I have a few questions.

- This Vicky person. Is she amazing or just amazing? (I'm aware she's meant to be a panto villain, she just amuses me)
- I watched something where this girl called Kelly...they kept saying Kelly Kelly...and nicknamed her Barbie...and then she won some match against these green girls and Vicky 'fired' her. What happened. What.

I fear it's a matter of time before I become a regular viewer.

Stu 10-02-2011 10:26 PM

You my friend have been mentally assault by the WWE B-Show sensation known as SmackDown!

The thing is the befuddlement you feel is not unique to you as a result of tuning in for the first time. Us lot feel the same perpetual sense of confusion every single week.

I have been waiting for about a year now for LayCool to split up and feud with each other.. every Diva has been jobbing to them for the past two years it's been great to watch but it needs a shake up.. they are even getting in on the Main event scene now :joker: Layla has got a good move set and has improved loads since she LayCool formed just let her go Solo now..

With Awesome Kong now in WWE they need to release Kaitlyn ( Does she even exist anymore ) put Awesome Kong on smackdown..

bbfan1991 11-02-2011 10:15 PM

I agree about Layla, she has more potential on her own and bloody awful McTaker needs to get lost:bored:.

IMO Kaitlyn has been wasted, they should give her a big push:)

I've read that HHH vs Taker at WM has been discussed, theory is that HHH could seek revenge on Taker for of course retiring his best friend HBK so this could be Taker's last match and his streak ending? this is due to them also scrapping the Wade Barrett plan...

Novo 12-02-2011 11:25 PM

Kaitlyn hasn't got anything though.. she is just so dull and she isn't exactly one of the best looking Diva's.. + Her in ring skills are awful.. on par with Vickie, AJ was a decent wrestler and had a lot more about her then Kaitlyn who hasn't been on for ages.. I think they have just gave up on the idea of Kaitlyn feuding with Vickie and made it Kelly Kelly and Vickie instead because they realised she isn't going anywhere.. Just release her.. put her out of her misery like you did to Kaval.

Stu 12-02-2011 11:30 PM

Taker's streak will never, ever be broken. People ought to realize that by now. I'm not sure what 'McTaker' is meant to mean.

McTaker.... IIRC she married Undertaker (I dnt know if you were being sarcastic there or not )

Also just to add about HHH V Taker at mania.... I read that HBK will be special referee.....

Stu 12-02-2011 11:33 PM

Oh aye. I assumed it had something to do with McDonalds.

~globalization.

Novo 12-02-2011 11:41 PM

Undertaker has become so associated with his streak now that by ending it would ruin him.. people just wouldn't look at him the same way, they can't afford to do it.

MITB should be interesting this year.. think it's going to be Drew's time, not sure what has been happening with Swagger lately he was getting built up to be the rising star in 2009 won the Heavyweight championship.. Lost it got mid carded and has been mid carding since for a while now.. Suppose when you have heels like Wade and Del Rio & Ziggler coming through your going to have to take a back seat.. and Cody and DiBiase aren't going anywhere as Solo wrestlers just get Priceless going again.. was a bad mistake to split of Tyson Kidd and DH smith as well really, the Uso's and Santino/Koslov are the only tag teams in WWE right now.

Iceman 12-02-2011 11:45 PM

The streak is one of the main reasons I watch WM.... I mean I know in my mind it will never be broken but you have to watch it.......just in case ;)

Novo 12-02-2011 11:55 PM

I still can see Y2J returning before Wrestlemania.. Orton is the one that put him out of action with the Punt last year.. Can see R truth being injured before the Chamber match and getting removed ( think i have said this before ) either Triple H or Y2J taking his place as a surpise entry.. Y2J IMO would be the better option.. Y2J v Orton in the last two in the Chamber match.. CM Punk costs Orton the title and Y2J gets the win.. but then the Nexus attacks both of them after the match leading to a feud between all three of them just before WM

Y2J V Orton V Cm Punk - Triple threat at WM

Former WWE creative team member Dave Lagana has posted a new blog in which he looks back at the 2005 Royal Rumble. "The moment between Batista and (John) Cena lead to an appearance from Mr. McMahon," Lagana recalled. "This was supposed to be Batista’s night. Speculation has it that Batista had his bell rung by a punch by Cena and when he went to throw out Cena, they both tumbled to the floor causing chaos.

"The PPV time window was expiring quickly. There was a call for either Eric Bischoff or Teddy Long, the respective GMs, to go out and restart the match but due to the size of the arena in Fresno they were not close enough. Vince McMahon got up from the production table where he had sat for nearly three hours.

"We all had stopped and looked at the screen not knowing what had happened; I don’t think we were alone with anyone watching that day. He hadn’t stretched, he hadn’t warmed up. And here he sat in the middle of the ring; the main event of Wrestlemania hanging in the balance and time ticking down on the broadcast.

"From that position, Vince McMahon was able to render his decision for the live house and restart the match. Batista quickly threw Cena out of the ring to make sure the audience at home saw the conclusion. But what the audience didn’t see was Vince McMahon, full of pride, walk to backstage area. Vince had torn both of his quads and in an instant was gone from the on-site WWE creative process."
