He spent the best part of two summers trying to get this move. He's been there for just two seasons. To want to leave, after all the work to get there, would have made it pointless Cold hard truth is there is a world cup coming up and if he realistically wants to be starting those WC games he needs first team club football and new manager or not if you think he is splitting up the Iniesta/Xavi duo you crazy

With Thiago gone, if he's worried about playing time, that shouldn't be an issue. Xavi is nearing the end of his career. Thiago was injured last year yet Fab still didn't get the gametime he will need for a WC starting place. Regardless if he is getting older there is ZERO chance of him and Iniesta being split up any time in the next 3 years the fans would turn on the manager and club just like that

New manager will most likely see a place in his team for him. He'd be an idiot if he didn'tNo doubt warming the bench for Xavi and Iniesta

If/When Barca accept a bit for him it will just show him first hand how much importance they really put on him.

He paid some towards his fee, yes, but still holds Arsenal in his heart. Well, so he says. Ronaldo said we treated him like a slave (PMSL), but he'd probably only return to England to play for United.

He's been in the Spain squad during his time at Barcelona. Even started as a false number 9 in the Euros. He will get games for Spain.

I just really can't see him going. Would of course love to be wrong.

Midifeld of Giggs , Scholes , Fat Ando and Cleverly

SAF on buying a CM "There is no value in the market"

We have been a joke in the market for 5 years now need I remind you we paid 19 for Ashley bloody Young and 10 mil on a player we never even saw before

Felliani + Cabaye would be a HUGE step up from what we have so you using them in a negative statement when you had the nerve to defend playing a converted OAP winger in the centre and bringing out a retired player to man our midfield gets on my tits

Legend killer 22-07-2013 04:22 PM

We are two centre mids away from being up there with the best. Nani in particular will be on another level this year under Moyes due to his allowing of wingers to come inside rather then stick to the touchline and will be like a new signing.

Either Modric or Fab will be coming this summer so just sit back and enjoy the ride

Jemal 22-07-2013 04:45 PM

New start for nani, and you just wait he will be among those ballon d'or nominations in no time again. Shift valencia and young out the club please. How young is on 130k a week and then nani asked for the same wages and gets slated by sir Alex. English player biased i guess. Nani on the left and Zaha on the right. Kagawa behind Robin. Fabregas and Carrick. With Januzaj Coming off the bench in some games. This is all provided wazza leaves.

Nani on the right and Januzaj STARTING some games are the only things I would call you up on regardless

Fellaini and Cabaye would obviously be a step up. I want better though.

Legend killer 22-07-2013 06:23 PM

Carrick and Fellani would be a more then Orgasmic Defensive partnership. Of course we would all prefer the Fabs or Modric's of this world but I could make a solid argument in favour of a Fellaini -Carrick defensive partnership being better suited to beating Bayern/Barca

King Gizzard 22-07-2013 06:33 PM

You can't have Fabianho Delph

I actually have a lot of time for Delph. He is basically Ashley Young with footballing ability

Those elbows of his could be a problem in Europe.

Can't say I'm a fan of this Cesc playing in the hole talk. What about Kagawa?

Jemal 23-07-2013 12:25 PM

Pique: Fabregas wants to stay.
Piqué can go FCK off the whipped prick. Since he married shakira hes been puré ****e on the footy field. He'll never be the same this season after getting ripped apart by Neymar in the CONFED cup.

Ryan57 23-07-2013 12:37 PM

Fabregas considering his future due to no assurances as yet. Barca willing to accept £35 mil, apparently.

aman201 23-07-2013 01:19 PM

Soldado to Spurs, I'm hearing.

Ryan57 23-07-2013 02:40 PM

Reports in the Spanish press claim that Gareth Bale has agreed a six-year deal with Real Madrid - despite Tottenham steadfastly insisting their winger is not for sale at any price.

Sports daily Marca, which is well known for its close allegiance to Real, also claims that Bale will be paid 10m Euros (£8.6m) a season and has already told Spurs he wants to leave.

Interesting. I think Liverpool will dig their heels in to keep him and will think he should show them some loyalty after sticking by him, but he must be so desperate to get out of there since he is acting like a victim over the things he has done:joker:.

Locke. 23-07-2013 10:29 PM

He is the victim
