Past his prime crippled player had shocking finals SHOCKER i see bronze really took over in his absence loooool forever carried. Doesn't change the fact Wade has 2 top 10 finals performances

Don't know why in arguing with someone who started watching the sport in 2010 smh

BBfanUSA 15-07-2014 10:26 PM

Kobe won Finals MVP at D Wade's age....just saying. He's 32 not 38.

Stuart Scott's speech was amazing. Insprirational dude. (He was the guy that hosted the pundit's table and interviewed Spurs after the win.)

Brother Leon 17-07-2014 10:50 PM

Yep. Absolutely amazing man

BBfanUSA 18-07-2014 02:49 AM

Rumors circulating that Cavs might trade Andrew Wiggins to Minn Timberwolves for Kevin Love.

You don't realise just how huge NBA guys are until you see them next to other guys.

BBfanUSA 27-07-2014 10:27 PM

I had a NCAA Division 1 college basketball player in one of my classes at the Division I university I go to. You never realize how tall they are in person until you see them outside of the court.

Drew. 31-07-2014 08:53 PM

Doesn't get better than this

Brother Leon 02-08-2014 03:02 AM

"Tim Duncan and Manu Ginobili did not travel to Phoenix so they could rest while Kawhi Leonard (eye infection), Patty Mills (torn rotator cuff) and Tiago Splitter (calf strain) were out for health reasons."

Bit of a jobber opening night although Mavs v Spurs should be good, the real action is tomorrow night though

Brother Leon 28-10-2014 04:21 PM

Drew. 28-10-2014 04:42 PM

Time to get a 4 way fantasy league going tonight before it kicks off

Drew. 28-10-2014 04:47 PM

I've made a league on ESPN, sign up to this http://games.espn.go.com/frontpage/basketball and search for TIBB Tornadoes

Legend killer 29-10-2014 08:59 AM

God this thread is utter cringe. Why this was made a sticky whilst the original which actually created debate and talk and had superior statistics was not

ANYWAYS Kobe and Harden had one of there annual brick contests last night

"These guys, they all get along. It's a new generation. They all want to play with each other. They all want to win. They're in USA Basketball all summer, they play in the summer leagues all summer, so they get to know one another and they try to join one another and try to win a championship. It's a new era that we're seeing and this is the way it's going to be, guys, we've just got to accept it."

Well, maybe not completely accept it.

When co-host Cris Carter referenced Pierce's interactions with LeBron James -- "I've seen you say some things to LeBron" -- Pierce didn't hold back.

"I still can't stand none of these guys," Pierce added, referring to James' generation. "I want to beat all of them."
