One of the strangest signings around. Chelsea did well a few years ago signing young layers, loaning them out, then making a killing with a sale, but there is no profit in Lavia at all.

Journo's were reporting yesterday he wanted Liverpool but his agent pushed him into Chelsea because of the wages and length of contract.

Yeah it was all to do with the money for him, really bizarre move all round imo. Chelsea a bit of a sinking ship, and if they do go down which is entirely possible that will be the end of us as a club.

the chelsea squad is very young, there is no way they can be expected to be a top 4 side after playing with each other for 2 weeks max. They don't have europe this year, and that will be a big advantage at the end of the year
