...you should have more faith in your cooking abilities, Sooty..I bet you are actually a really good cook...and things like roast dinners/Turkey etc..it's just really timing, there is no skill involved at all..it's really good that you can google just about anything and get vids to follow etc..do you find them easy to follow..?..

..yeah, there is quite a lot to making a trifle, Sooty..it takes quite a bit of time to do but it's the same with the dinner though because you have other things as well as the Turkey to cook but I think that you'll do them all just as lovely as Yko does the trifle...take some pics of your Christmas dinner for us..?...
