I liked the episode, was nice to have some OTT fun after the seriousness of S9

Doctor Who entertained 5.77 million (29.4%) last night! Considering all TV ratings were down and the highest was just 6 Million, Doctor Who did extremely well and the percentage is excellent.

It was a good episode, very fun.

Updated the OP with the complete Series 9 ratings. Series 9 officially averaged at 6.03 Million throughout the run.

Really enjoyed the Christmas episode. I was honestly dreading how awful it would be after how bad all the recent xmas specials had been.

The zygon serial was pretty good imo, the darker one just pissed me off so much I was ready to skip this entire series, the last 3 were brilliant, but everything else was just ok if not a bit cringe worthy at times.

The Christmas Carol was the best special they ever did tbh.

8 and 9 were consistently good

If you mean new as in post 2005 then 1-2 are the best

I watched them when I was a kid, I didn't watch half of 3 onwards

I find the new companions and Doctors snoozes
