Tonights scheduling really is extremely horrific.

I expect a series low. Who in the right mind would air this "bombshell" at 8pm? I mean, fair enough, we can handle a clash with The Jump, but also a clash with Eastenders and Corrie? And also at 8pm, I seem to recall BB never hitting 2m+ in that slot.

It really was the worst day for this bombshell, would have made sense to have it tomorrow.

I think after 2 hours of CBB (if people survive that long), will people really stick around for 10000BC at 10pm. I reckon this will be a bad night.

8PM Live Bombshell- 1.6m
9pm The Aftermath- 1.2m
10000BC- 1.2m.

Hmmm a bit low the jump on c4 returned with 2.8m by the way

It'll still boost up in officials. Tonight will have strange ratings because it's on at 8pm and 9pm

daniel-lewis-1985 02-02-2015 01:07 PM

That's low for a Sunday rating.

Tonight will rate low due to the ****ing terrible scheduling and Tuesday may possible be affected due to people thinking its a repeat as they usually do after a normal eviction.

10,000bc is going to bomb, using CBB for a lead in is a terrible idea who the **** is going to commit to 3 hours of reality tv especially when the last programme will be spent getting to know a **** load of new people.

Anyway are the officials out yet?

*mazedsalv** 02-02-2015 03:26 PM

Sunday- 3.31m

Meh!! So stupid to have CBB at 8, 10,000BC should have been moved to another day, very surprised 10,000BC only got 1.43 considering how much promotion it had. Good rating for CBB live fallout, last night schedules was a mess.

Jamesy 03-02-2015 09:58 AM

The 9pm slot had a decent rating. Why didn't they have the whole night in one hour. Would have made far more sense than dragging it all out.

10,000 BC did well.

mrmattybeck1 03-02-2015 10:00 AM

Poor for 10,000 BC really I expected more

Rob! 03-02-2015 10:57 AM

Could have been a lot lot worse but God that was stupid scheduling.

Jake. 03-02-2015 11:07 AM

The 9PM rating is fine, as is the rating for 10,000 BC really

Rob! 03-02-2015 12:33 PM

The 8pm rating should still hit over 2m officially.

Vanessa 03-02-2015 12:41 PM

I think most people thought the show would start at 9 pm and missed it. :joker:

daniel-lewis-1985 03-02-2015 05:31 PM

It makes me sick looking at only 1.3 million were watching it live at 8pm and only 2.0 million at 9pm.

Thank god for +1 on that 2nd show.

Channel 5 really really ****ed up with this.

What were they thinking?!?!

Jake. 03-02-2015 05:35 PM

If it had been a usual 9PM eviction then there's no way any other show of theirs would have gotten 1.7 against Eastenders/Corrie at 8PM anyway

So this is the first year that CBB where every Saturday episode has got over 2 million with +1.

With only 6 more episodes to go I think its now safe to say this is the highest Channel 5 CBB to date.

If we have a ratings surge this last week with all the evictions and stuff happening and a final over over 3.5 million it could be higher in a major way.

Im looking forward to tomorrows officials :) and the joy of seeing the highlights hitting over 3 million :p This series every week has climbed in the weekly averages.

CBB15 current officials average is 3.15 in comparison to CBB6 on Channel 4 of 3.3 is it possible with officials hitting over 3 million and with a good rating final CBB15 could beat a Channel 4 series which was aired 6 years ago?!

I mean looking at the final week of CBB6 is embarrassing only 1 highlight show hit 3 million and most were under 2.5. The final for CBB6 also drew 3.5 million viewers and its safe to say CBB15 will top that. CBB6 was helped out by a high rated launch of over 6 million and I think that's the only reason their official even climbed to 3.3.

One thing I've noticed with the C4 series is that they usually have really high rated launches (6M), but then they fizzle out in overnights and finals (2-3M), which bring the overall average down by about 40-50%.

With C5, the ratings are consistent and the averages are much closer to the launches. For example, a launch on C5 would ideally get around 3.5M, and the series average would be about 3M, which is only down by 15%.

I predict 2.8.

Jake. 04-02-2015 09:46 AM

2.60m for CBB incl +1.

mrmattybeck1 04-02-2015 09:47 AM

Great rating how did 10,000 BC do

*mazedsalv** 04-02-2015 10:18 AM

10000BC got 1.10m.

2.60m is a decent rating I guess. A bit on the average side for this series, but it says it all about how well this series is doing when we are a little "meh" over a 2.6m rating. (which will be officially around 3m anyway).

I reckon the show will basically be equal to CBB13 which averaged 3.04m. According to officials, CBB15 so far has been averaging 3.13m. But we have had some lower than usual ratings since Saturday.

Also most note that CBB13s final week did excellently during the When the Bell Tolls task/Lee's eviction, leading up to the final, which greatly improved their average in the last week. From Week 1-4, CBB15 actually beat all but three officials from the first 4 weeks of CBB13, BUT since Sunday, CBB15 ratings have been lower than the equivalent CBB13 Sunday, Monday and Tuesday (which were the highest non launch or final shows of the series).

Will. 04-02-2015 11:13 AM

Great rating! Lol 10,000 BC got 900k without plus 1, it had so much promotion etc, the ad even aired on ITV! Very poor, I would expect high 1 million, but 10,000 BC is pretty boring.
