i hope not, Him and Jovetic are the two players i want more than anyone this summer.. then again he's just signed a new deal so will cost a bomb

Ryan57 22-04-2013 10:25 PM

The power is shifting. Bayern to dominate Europe. Jammy b@stard Pep will probably inherit the European Champions.

King Gizzard 22-04-2013 10:26 PM

i thought bayern would have gone all out for Neymar or Isco or both, this is probably their big signing rapped up though

I hope so or he will go to Real Madrid.

Neymar on his way to Barca it's widely believed. There was a payment made to Santos I believe which all but confirmed it.

Jesus. 22-04-2013 10:27 PM

Wonder what City will do in the summer. They need serious investment again to push up to the top table in Europe.

If anything he probably has the hardest job in football next season..Bayern might win everything this season D:

bbfan1991 22-04-2013 10:28 PM

Pep will keep them grounded, no complacency.

Jesus. 22-04-2013 10:28 PM

Neymar is being rewarded by companies in Brazil to stay there till after the WC. He won't be leaving this summer, but Barca in 2014 is supposed to be a done deal.

Won't be that hard to retain it though with that squad. Jose will be gone from Real, so who knows how they'll go. Barca could be his biggest rivals. Laugh if he tried to Barca, Barca and got battered.

Mancini admitted he missed out on big signings which cost him this season, he wont want that happening again this summer so be sure to expect a few big signings

Spend big I imagine. Falcao is the only real marquee signing they can make it seems. Lewandowski was the other off this summer but he's set for Bayern apparently. Probably will get some big signings but, Falcao the only huge one.

King Gizzard 22-04-2013 10:30 PM

Think the owners of city are too focused on doing things right/trying to live within their means (lol) to do any more major investing..I think they'll try for Cavani though, they could do with another CB as well

Ahh yes, I forgot about Cavani. Definitely one of Cavani or Falcao.

King Gizzard 22-04-2013 10:32 PM

Dortmund blog I follow tweeted this when it was announced :joker:

The Falcao to United rumours annoyed me partly because I want Rooney to stay and got annoyed at the Hernandez to leave stories, the Lil Pea is class.

Falcao is amazing though and I can see Chelsea trying to get him and offer Fernando Torres to Atletico Madrid.

Cavani was linked to Bayern recently too:joker:.

Drew. 22-04-2013 10:33 PM

King Gizzard 22-04-2013 10:33 PM

I no longer am. Please let Earth end now.

bbfan1991 22-04-2013 10:34 PM

I have a feeling that Spurs will try to sign Alvaro Negredo. Sevilla are in financial meltdown:(.

Ryan57 22-04-2013 10:34 PM

This is Karma for those offside goals.

Come on Malcolm. It's time. Get the cheque book out.

King Gizzard 22-04-2013 10:34 PM

I don't think it will be that great apart from the odd amazing move..FFP etc

Not that that hampers the big clubs, they just hide it in ''sponsorships'' and advertisements

bbfan1991 22-04-2013 10:35 PM

Can't wait to get my transfer thread started again:D.

Drew. 22-04-2013 10:35 PM

if Spurs dont make top 4 then Bale could be the most interesting player to keep an eye on this summer

Ryan57 22-04-2013 10:36 PM

Wish I'd gone to bed rather than stick around for a short while to see if the announcement would arrive. Could of gone to bed dreaming about #20. Now all I'll dream of is Pep laughing.

They need a revamp in midfield and defence. Can't really fault the strikers.

You'd have to be nuts to want Rooney over Falcao. Rooney is just going to get heavier and heavier. He's one semi-bad injury away from being ******ed.

King Gizzard 22-04-2013 10:37 PM

Don't see Bale anywhere other than Madrid

Same and I wonder what will happen with Cristiano? He is going to be offered another contract by them, so will probably end up staying there.

Hasn't he just signed a new contract, and has a newborn? He's probably at spurs for another season I'd have thought. Next summer will be his move unless someone makes a stupid offer, and if all the top tier players are already being snapped up, then I suppose it's not beyond the realms of possibility.

King Gizzard 22-04-2013 10:38 PM

Can remember that interview with Zizou a couple of weeks ago on Sky Sports and he said Bale's the player that's most impressed him, and I think he's still Madrid's chief scout

Hmm, whatever happened to Ribery going there? Was all set to happen for like two years running then it never came off.

would agree with you, think Dzeko could be off this summer so wouldn't be surprised if they did bring in a new striker

if he did.. some of these European teams next season.. they'll be insanely good

Brother Leon 22-04-2013 10:39 PM

Gotze could just stay anyway...let's see how much he likes It at Dortmund.

King Gizzard 22-04-2013 10:40 PM

Dzeko pretty much nailed on for Dortmund

bbfan1991 22-04-2013 10:40 PM

Jesus Navas could be up for sale too because Sevilla need money. I think he wants to stay there though and their fans would go bonkers if their idol left.

bbfan1991 22-04-2013 10:41 PM

PSG will be trying to maintain their spending spree too!
