1.5 billion is peanuts compared to what labour will spend. As long as they leave the pensioners alone, i don't care

Whatever flaws Labour will have under Starmer will also have to be tackled when the time comes, but for now we can't have another four or five years of what the Tories have brought to the table over the past 14 years. |
The tories should be out based on the contempt they showed for the public over the last 5 years, let alone anything else. However, politics just doesn't work that way anymore, i don't trust opinion polls at all. When 1 party is shown as so far ahead, it affects how many people go out and vote, this particularly applies to young folks. Labour should walk it, but i'm not sure they will

I also want to add that I think that it's fair for May's time to be brought into this considering her time weren't that long ago.
I mean Tony Blair's time gets used against Labour as to why they're such a problematic party, so why can't May's time be used against the Tories? If May was the only problematic leader that they've had in their 14 years that is. Boris is the only one that I'll excuse because of having to deal with Covid and Brexit, but the other Tory leaders have genuinely been appalling. |

There will be a lot of people spitting into their tea when the tories form a coalition government with reform, the snp and the lib dems

Add to that as a general principle - I doubt we'd ever see a coalition government that didn't feature the largest party in an election, unless the seats were VERY close. It's already a clown "democracy" but that would be one step too far in taking the blinkers off of people's eyes. |
