Definitely. I remember reading in year 2 when I was about 7 and falling in love with the books. When I got my first video player, me and mum went to ASDA and she told me that she couldn't afford to get the Video and the Video Player in the same week but that she's get the player on the day and then the video the week after, but in the end she abandoned the rest of the shopping and me, my mum and my brother spent the whole evening watching Harry Potter 1 over and over again. Mum must have been so tired of it in the end. Me and my brother used to watch it and we'd seen it so many times that we were able to mime the words as the characters said them. It was such a magical film.

Six days, going too quickly :bawling:

Harry Potter Season begins today at all UK cinemas, with the first film Philosopher's Stone being shown again for the first time since 2001. I'm going to watch it later on tonight, will be good because I was only seven when I first watched it so I can hardly remember going to see it at the cinema.

Just got back from watching Chamber of Secrets again at the cinema and they always show the trailer for Part 2 just before the film starts. Get chills whenever I see it, only five nearly four days now, going too fast!!! :bawling:

Warner Bros. have released a new video looking back over the seven Harry Potter films

:(

Callum 10-07-2011 12:23 AM

I just checked on Odeon to see how packed it will be in my cinema for next week's premiere and there are only like 2 seats in the whole cinema left. Front row seats are even gone, which as I'm sure most people know are like the worst possible seats to have. I expect to see a similar pattern all around the UK. In America over 2,000 midnight showings have sold out, and in their cinemas they have like 5 midnight showings on different screens, all of which are sold out, and showings at 3 in the morning are sold out too. The figures for the midnight showings alone are going to be huge.

Nearly had a heart attack, when I looked at the my listings and thought Friday was sold out. I should be OK with my cinema. I normally am :/

InOne 10-07-2011 01:07 PM

omg, there is a midnight screening at my cinema too :amazed:

Might go to that one

Glenn. 10-07-2011 01:16 PM

It's Rotten Tomatos score is 100% based on 20 reviews!

Niall 10-07-2011 01:42 PM

I think I might torrent all the films and re-watch them before I see the last one.

Yeah they are showing all seven films leading up to Fridays release of DH: Part 2. All over the world I think.

Callum 10-07-2011 04:37 PM

watching Prisoner of Azkaban tonight :D Then on Thursday I'm going to watch Part 1 for free at 9pm, all Odeon cinemas are allowing people who bought tickets to a midnight showing to watch Part 1 for free at 9pm so then when you leave it'll be time for Part 2.
