Maybe it doesn't mean your thick, but it does mean it rings hollow when you criticise someone else's intelligence. Even though Chris IS a dick. When someone has a posh accent people generally assume they're intelligent, but as I work with a lot of incredibly stupid posh people I can confirm that isn't true.
