I love dey but she played to hard in a week where she was immune, she made an alliance too early then broke it soon after and she got herself involved in all types of messes. she really did shoot herself in the foot and I can see why shelli nominated her.

DaVonne gives really good confessionals but she was really bad at the game. She played too hard too fast and it didn't take long for that to catch up with her. She was good tv but she was a bad player and that is why she is going home.

Hmm I think just a love for the show, and someone who shows they've had a desire to be on the show for years. That's how I see it anyways. I mean you could also say someone who's seen every season, which of course is very admirable in terms of studying the game inside and out.

But in terms of numerical value i'd say maybe anyone who's watched the show for 5+ years at least? Like I wouldn't classify Derrick as a superfan, but I would Nicole/Christine - that's probably a good example to give.

It's also just that adorable excitement to try out slop, get trashed in a comp, win HOH all those things that help characterize a true superfan imo :love:

Shelli actually has a decent amount of BBUS knowledge fwiw. Steve is really just from the Ian Terry branch of superfan where he can rattle off, like, POV winner orders and endless facts from Big Brother Wikia such as Cassi Clovin and Joey Van Pelt are the only two HGs who were always Have Nots.

Yeah if i'm correct of the original 14 (excluding Jeff/Jackie dunno about them) everyone else seems to have been at least fans of the show (and were applicants) this season, which is absolutely fantastic. Hence why I like Shelli better than Clay as in terms of personality they're interchangeable imo

Anyway, Jason's definitely the person in there with the most actual knowledge about BBUS. He has a legitimate understanding of BBUS history and gameplay and has actually talked about game dynamics of BB3. Steve just sits there and rattles off pointless trivia like Brendon having the longest word in the spelling POV and the final vote outcome of each series, usually to an audience of people who barely tolerate him and don't know what he's talking about. Jason's actually a normal person while Steve's just some savant.

If I remember correctly hasn't Becky seen pretty much every season as well as BBCANADA seasons? I think you're wrong re her. And Liz was friends with Porsche and Porsche encouraged her to audition, so no she wasn't recruited. Clay was the only recruit, and not suprisingly the worst one in there.

And yasss Jason's love for the show makes me so happy! He's seen every season of BBCanada too, and most seasons of BBUK and BBAustralia :love:
