Just finished Beyond Two Souls - pretty underrated game
Have God Of War pre-ordered
In the meantime, struggling to finish the Witcher 3, Crash N Sane Trilogy and Resident Evil remake - I keep bouncing between them.

can't wait until my final exam is over on thursday and i can spend hours upon hours playing trackmania2 stadium :flutter:

I'm playing Fallout 4... Again... I upgraded to a gtx 1080 and wanted to see the difference in how it would look (it looks stunning).

But I've also pre-ordered Detroit to come on Friday :hee: so I feel like that will monopolise my gaming time for a couple of weeks.

The only issue is that my wife is currently obsessed with Fortnite so keeps hogging the PS4 (hence me doing a lot of PC gaming).

I've recently been finishing off DKCR3D after having it unfinished for 5 months
Besides that, I've been trying to do one last challenge on Mario and Rabbids, and with the new DLC out next month, I'll be playing that too (also Donkey Kong related, if I had any sense I'd buy Tropical Freeze but I think I'll wait it out a bit more )

A surprisingly enjoyable game :clap1: (I only get the feel for it every other month and lose interest after a few days but :p)

I don't really watch Basketball IRL, but the Game has made me become a fan of Chicago Bulls.:joker:

I've got them top of the Eastern Conference only losing to San Antonio Spurs from the Western Conference so far.

Update... this game is good, but the fatal flaw for me is the game struggles with the defending mechanic, it's fine when I've got the Bulls taking on teams who are easier to beat, but when I'm taking on teams such as San Antonio Spurs or Houston Rockets my team just can't do any basic defending, and those two teams just don't seem to miss, I don't really get what I'm suppose to be doing wrong.

I've started playing Sega Mega Drive Classics on the PS4, and I started with the very first Sonic The Hedgehog Game and I'm in love.:flutter:

I actually beat the Game today which I've never beaten any of the Retro Sonic Games before as you obviously couldn't save on the original versions, but thankfully the PS4 port does let you save which gave me the chance to be able to beat the Game as I was absolutely shocking at it.:joker:

The hardest Zone by a mile for me was the Labyrinth Zone, I hate any zone/level in a Sonic Game that puts me underwater for large chunks of time.:joker:

I’m kinda over god of war now :worry: i mean it’s still a great game but maybe not as groundbreaking as i first thought

Still a solid 9/10 and idk how much longer i have left before i complete it so me onion may change again

Mystic Mock 08-06-2018 06:39 PM

I'm on the final boss fight of Ristar on the Sega Mega Drive Classics.

Ristar is one of the hardest Games that I've ever played in my life, it really goes to show how much tougher older Games are compared to newer ones.

I have always meant to play Bioshock Infinite but never got around to it.

So does it have a decent difficulty setting?

there's like easy-medium-hard and then if you complete it on hard 1999 mode becomes available, but there's a cheat code you can use to unlock it from the outset so i did that haha. it's pretty difficult you die fairly easily and you can only respawn if you have at least 100 coins on you so there's limited lives (but if you pause the game quickly enough after dying you can actually just choose to 'respawn from most recent checkpoint' which mostly gets rid of the coins/limited lives issue).

i always play games on the hardest difficulties though because i normally find any other lower one to be too easy and boring!

I like the fact that the option is there for the 1999 mode.

Although tbh I'd go for Medium as I'm not good enough to play on the harder difficulties.:joker: And it's not too easy where as you put it, it would be boring.

Detroit: Become Human. Enjoying it a lot, though tbh I don't think the storyline branches any more than Heavy Rain did?. Although...

Spoiler:

I got Kara and Alice killed like half way through the game! Wtfff... I totally panicked during a QTE :umm2:

Very similar philosophical themes to Nier Automata, actually. Also borrows quite heavily from Blade Runner (Connor and Hank are specialist police rogue android hunters... effectively Blade Runners. The deviant androids tend to be affected by trauma, which is again similar)

I bought this game and was really looking forward to it, but then I had to spend 30 mins cleaning pizza boxes up in that guys house and that was it for me. I'm not cleaning a house in a video game ffs.

If you'd played Heavy Rain it would surely be expected... There's a lengthy sequence in that where you cook an omelette :joker:

I bought that in a ps sale ages ago. £10 for that and beyond two souls in a double pack, and I've never even downloaded it.
