I'm enjoying playing this game and i want to stay. But i'm not the kind of person to shaft others just to get ahead.

Do we present the brief case here or do we PM you Kate?

It's a great pleasure to introduce a great friend of mine. The very hilarious, wonderful person : Benjamin Tristan Foster!

He was born in Croydon from a wealthy family and had quite a good childhood.
But there was sadness as well. He lost his father and two brothers before he was four, saw his mother try to take her life and also saw her beaten by his stepfather and dragged down the road on a car.

At around 11 years of age he learnt to throw himself into reading to escape his life and at 15 he got into poetry.
Ben has very fond memories of his school days.
He went to a Grammar School to start with , then to a normal school, because he moved to Hastings.
He fell into a crowd who smoke, drank and did drugs, so he ended up doing those things as well.
But he always tried to do well at school, because he knew the importance of education.

He was deemed intelligent by his teachers, but easily distracted.
He once made his french teacher cry by taunting her with a toy doll pretending it was a german baby.
He got kicked out of home at 15 and went to Scotland to work with his aunt, then went travelling for a bit.
When he came back he worked three jobs to put himself through college and went to uni in Devon.
He loved his uni days, because it was nice to be down in Dartington, away from city life.
There were a lot of parties outdoor he used to love listening to music by the river.
His course was good. He once reduced his group to tears with one of his performances and it was a great moment for him.

He went and studied in Portugal for three months and at the time he had a fiance' back in the UK, who he was missing very much.
Ben has also lived in Melbourne, Australia, for six months; there he met other backpackers and had the most amazing time.
One time he made a sheep costume for the nativity play, had too much to drink and woke up on the beach with some penguins.
He also travelled in the Outback of Australia for three months and really enjoyed living immerse in nature. There was a lovely creek with kangaroos and crocodiles.

He also lived in New Zeland for a year, where he got a job in the travel industry.
This gave him the opportunity to travel and do some amazing things for free, like bungee jumping and canyoning.

He really enjoyed living in New Zeland, because everyone was so laid back and he made a lot of friends there.
One night Ben had drank too much and threw his work shoes out of the window (it was on the fifth floor).

Ben now works in travel. He enjoys trying to get people to leave their comfort zone and do something new.
It also gives him the opportunity to travel more.
He just got back from Amsterdam and has trips to Denmark and South Africa planned.
He loves pizza and enjoys listening to most kinds of music, especially Ludovico Einaudi and Alanis Morisette.
His favourite movies are Eternal Sunshine of the spotless Mind and Grave Of The Fireflies.

Ben has been a member of the This is Big Brother forum since July 2008, where he has won TiBB Next Top Model 4, Darkwood twice, In Cold Blood, The Mole and The Pub quiz twice.
He has run a few forum design competitions and created many popular games, like Elimination and The Mole.
He also brought back the The Hot Seat, where a member answers questions from other forum members to get to know each other better.
The most popular threads he has created are : The Ambience Lounge, where people can listen to soothing music, the Poetry Hut, a place to post poems members have read or written and The Avatar Graveyard, a galley of old avatars.
He's currently planning to bring to the forum a new game called The Amazing Race, based on a successful tv show.

Zee

Hello everyone and welcome to TiBB this is your life, we hope you enjoy this. It's about celebrating and learning more about the many great members of thisisbigbrother.com and our first guest is today! You may think you know a lot about the members of the forum that we speak to daily so let's see if you're right? We will be looking at the life (so far) of one of our most loved members! From the highs to the lows of his real and TiBB life. It was hard to pick out of all the interesting members but I'd like to introduce to you Greg , Z, Zee and other names we know him by!

http://i.imgur.com/oVT4laN.png

Little Zee or Greg as we know him was born on the 20th of August 1991, he was his dad's first child and his mum's second. When his younger brother was born a few years later, making it a family of five they moved to a house, which his family still live in to this day. Sometimes primary school wasn't very good to Greg as he was a very nervous and easily upset child but he had his friends. He saw secondary school as a fresh start and loved every bit of it, gaining lots of friends who he still speaks to now!
A proud moment for Greg was getting 5 As on his highers because it meant getting unconditional offers to go to university. The best thing he has achieved in life so far is after finishing 6th year he won a trophy for being a sound sort of bloke.

http://i.imgur.com/SspjjnN.png

There have been some low times in the life of Greg, acne medication affected him quite badly with mood swings and made him feel quite low. Even after he stopped the medication it was still bad for a while. He got in to his first relationship at 19, after spending the summer with him the person went back to their native country, Germany. It didn't end very well as the person in the end, wasn't very nice. It took ages to get over it. He's about to finish his degree at the Uni of Glasgow and is excited about the possibilities of the future and what could happen as he isn't tied down to anything. He has plans to see the world and visit lots of countries! He has done a lot on his short time on earth and we are sure he will do very well in life!

http://i.imgur.com/Xj96TMR.png

Zee joined this site on the 19th of June, 2005 because he had a lot of opinions of Makosi that he wanted to share! He googled Big Brother forum and this site popped up, luckily for us he clicked it! The reason he has stuck around this site for years, as he was 13 when he joined was because of the people. He thinks online friendships unique and captivating and finds there are things he can talk about on TiBB that he couldn't with his other friends. From personal problems, jokes, to great music and cool websites.

http://i.imgur.com/bW9zWic.png

His favourite TiBB memories are the ridiculous threads, where there is lots of silliness and nonsense involved that sometime gets him crying with laughter! He loved Jake's thread just recently asking about first date advice and the fact that it turned in to ridiculous suggestions. Also loves the forum games like, Elimination and In Cold Blood but his favourite is the TiBB Eurovision competition because he gets to combine his love of puns with his love of parodies and pop music! - ' Where else but TiBB could I rewrite The Saturdays' hit single What About Us? to be about infamous politicians punishing their respective populations?' He says that he loves doing Most Loved, carrying on from recent members because people have so many nice things to say about everyone and it's nice to read good things about you. Though he admits it can cause a few squabbles! It takes a lot of work to do and to keep up with but he loves it and thinks it's worth it in the end.

http://i.imgur.com/xmHSgl0.png

He has made lots of friends on TiBB. too many to name them all! So he will just limit it and mention one forum member, lily. She has watched him grow up and even though they haven't met yet they are good friends and have been for almost a decade now and have never argued! He hopes to eventually meet her..
He has already met 3 people off TiBB and soon to be 4 as he will be meeting Firewire! The others were GhettoSuperstar, MarkWaldorf and Shaun. He says Shaun was the coolest dude ever but was glad to meet him in person because they'd been best TiBB friends for years! He admittedly said Shaun found it a little awkward because Zee was meeting his actual mates and Shaun had to explain that he wasn't a weirdo because he was from the internet but he loved every second of meeting Shaun.

http://i.imgur.com/I2TRmvR.png

This is Greg's final word on TiBB this is your life: I'll draw the line there because I really don't want to start naming more people because then I'll feel like I've missed someone out! But I've known so many of you for years now... and I really do consider so many of you to be friends of mine. I'd happily come visit any of you if we can set aside time and money and make plans, so many of you have changed my life in so many ways. This is a constant in my life when I've lived in different cities, the people on TiBB have always been here for me even when my own friends haven't been, and even though memories fade and little in jokes get forgotten over time, the overall feeling that the community on here is somewhere that I belong to is one of the best feelings in the world, and I couldn't care less about what anybody else thinks of that, I've been here for such a long time that it would be weird if I didn't feel that way!

Part 2 -
A few words from some of Zee's closest friends.

Ammi:

..so I was asked if I could say a few words about Zee in this tribute to his life, which hasn’t been easy just because I don’t really know him that well, other than to chat on the forum. I remember when I first started posting more regularly off season, I didn’t even know there was a moderator called Zee because he was in Germany at the time and didn’t post that often. Anyway, the first few times that I ever interacted with him was when he posted a few real life ‘dilemmas’ from his time in Germany and I remember thinking..poor guy, he finds himself in a few awkward situations but life has a way of balancing out so he’ll have a bit of good luck as well...yeah, Like I say, I didn’t really know much about Zee at the time...

anyway, over the last year or so, he’s become a huge poster on TiBB so like many others I’ve learned a lot more about him and he seems an ok kind of guy, other than the fact that he always excludes me from Most Loved. I don’t really mind that though because I think it’s probably because his quirky username was less relevant than my ellipsis, although obviously he’s changed that now..and I understand that names are obviously a very sensitive topic to him anyway, his parents having named him after Arista’s favourite pasty shop...not really the most glamorous of things.. I’ll always think of him as Zee though, I just think it has a better ring to it than something that rhymes with dead. It was also made famous by the BB housemate Josie Gibson when she used it as the analogy for her basic philosophy in life...something that picks her up whenever she feels down...’whenever I feel down or sorry for myself, I always think of the woman who got her face chewed off by a chimpanzee and realize there are people much worse off than me’...obviously as huge BB fans, we knew exactly who she was talking about even though she tried to guise it in a well-known news story...

..that’s Zee really.... Lemony Snicket's very own serious of unfortunate events....

Livia:

I stumbled across Zee quite by accident, in a thread about vampires. It turned out we shared a love of vampire fiction and although I’d seen him around the forum, we weren’t what you’d call friends before that. I didn’t study literature, and between discussing and recommending stories for me, and showing me a presentation he was working on for Uni (which was brilliant, by the way…) he taught me to look at the stories in a totally different way. It’s not every day you bump into someone on an Internet forum who can teach you something valuable, but Zee definitely did and I’ve treasured that.

Zee’s the unluckiest person I’ve ever met. If it wasn’t for bad luck, he’d have no luck… and yet he’s one of the most positive and upbeat people on the forum. I adore him, and if I could have him stuffed and mounted and sit him on my mantelpiece, I would.

I'll give a brief critique of the Enterprise Team performance. Vanessa carried this task. There was minimal input from Poth and JackF and Jordan barely put in an appearance.

The immunities were meant to test integrity. Of the two immune candidates Jake stepped up and fully participated in the task. Jordan didn't. :(

I'll comment on Elite further shortly....

Jordan not stepping up, what a surprise

Ammi
..just before he went to NZ, I sent Ben 100 random questions to answer and even though he had been out celebrating/saying goodbye to friends and came home very late, very drunk and probably a bit high, he still replied and answered all of them and a lot of them with serious answers as well...he spent a whole Sunday morning helping me to design my first profile wall and we talked about poetry and writing a lot..he showed me a few lines of a novel he hoped to write while he was travelling, I don’t know if he ever did..but yeah, ain’t no turtle like a ukturtle....

AnnieK
I first became aware of TiBB games by following Ben's Elimination game and thoroughly enjoyed it. I then played the Mole with Ben and he drove me mad in the potato task to the point where I wanted to throttle him- I don't think I've ever encountered someone as competitive as Ben - one of his most endearing and annoying qualities if I'm honest (particularly if you are in a game with him - the boy is ruthless)! His tales of travelling are interesting - even if they do make me a bit jealous.

Joeysteele
Ben has been in the past the traveller of tibb, it has always been interesting and also educational to learn of his travels, where he has been and what he got up to.
His humour is a tonic when he is on form and also it is quite funny when you realise he is getting irritated at something too, the way he races in and can put down in an instant.
An ex mod who was a really good and fair one, in many ways supportive without being intrusive.
He has made me pull back a couple of occasions and with his humour and identifying with how I was likely feeling at the time, defused the situation.
Probaably my favourite reporting from him on his travels was when he was in New Zealand, even though he didn't get round to answering my question I put to him.
He is however one of the good guys.

Ben, This is almost your life

Cherie
Ben was one of the first people I remember from when I joined TiBB back in 2011. At that time he was known as UKTurtle, I didn't really know what was going on as he was in New Zealand and some people commented on his presence on the forum even though there had been a big leaving party, and he still worked as a mod. It soon emerged Ben's leaving party was the stuff of legends, due to him not doing the one thing most people do when they have a leaving party - leave! Ben , when he is not indulging in knitting potatoes and being a poet (who knew!) does the occasional bit of travelling , and to his credit despite moving around a lot, he always has a job which is no mean feat in the current climate.

At some point over the last three years Ben stepped down as Mod, however he continues to be as annoying as ever He has reinvented himself during that period from UK Turtle, to Ben to his newest reincarnation Benjamin, however changing his name cannot change what he is which is a rather sweet guy (most of the time )!

Congratulations Ben enjoy your evening.

From Saph:
I remember when me and Ben were young spirited kids, running through the tall corn fields on a bright mid-summers day then as we got older we started experimenting with hard drugs, but after my OD we both decided to choose the path of God. We were very devout, Ben even became a Monk for a month or two. Then we decided that the path of God wasn't the right one for us after I went through my lesbian phase with my girlfriend Chaz. Ben was best man/bridesmaid at our wedding, but then my former sisters from the nunnery performed an exorcism to rid me of my homosexual sins and I decided not to pursue with the wedding, Ben was distraught. After that we trained for NASA but got bored so joined tibb and now we worship Orangu

Livia
Ben's man of the world. Everyone on the forum knows that. He's been about a bit, his travels have taken him all over the place. I know he's off to some lovely places this year to celebrate his birthday, so there's something I'd like to give him that he'll always be able to use :

All he needs now is an Aston Martin, a Walther PPK and he's good to go... Liv x

"Ben, Ben, Ben! I don't even know where to start with you, you are one of the funniest, most caring and welcoming people I know.
When I revived myself on TiBB last summer, you welcomed me back and helped me in my transition.
When I did coach trip, you helped me a lot and let me into your clique (before we betrayed you, but oh well )
I hope you've enjoyed this presentation as it shows how popular you are and how many people's lives you've made better by just being you,
Thanks for helping us out with this task Big Ben (your pornstar name btw) and I hope you like this
Mitchell (you know I'm serious when I use my real name )

From me, Vanessa
Hi Ben! I just wanted to say it has been a pleasure to do this task. You were the first person i had in mind, because you have such an interesting life.
I love listening to your stories after you come back from one of your trips. Australia and New Zeland look really amazing. Love all the pictures!
Your heart is in the right place and you never fail to make me laugh.
I consider you a good friend and i hope you like our tribute to you.
