Currently:

The lowest ranking returning member is #50 (of course, somebody has to be)
The lowest ranking re-entry is #48
The lowest ranking new entry is #44
10 points to #50 would put them at #39
10 points to #39 would put them at #30
10 points to #30 would put them at #21
10 points to #21 would put them at #14
10 points to #14 would put them at #10
10 points to #10 would put them at #6
10 points to #6 would put them at #3
10 points to #3 would mean they are still at #3.

Obviously it's great when people write out long reasons for who they're voting for 'cause it gives me more material to work with but even just one or two words is fine as well, that goes for anyone who's yet to vote! It's just mostly so I've got more to use when doing the write ups and also to prove that the person voting has actually thought about it and isn't just taking part because someone told them to :laugh:
