God Sandra is incredible. She did so well and the ****ing tribe switch just had to shorten her time.

Thank God Tai is still in the season otherwise I could see it going downhill fast. Older man who acquires too much power and utilizes it horribly is such a great archetype :love:

It's amazing that Sandra managed to make it this long as a two time winner and only got booted by another tribe swap happening. I'm sure she would've had a lot of trouble after the merge though just because how can they let her get to the end a third time... but who knows, it's Sandra. :joker:

I hope this season doesn't start sucking. All the big time players are getting picked off.

Yeah the only non-big player to get out so far is Caleb.

I still like plenty of the cast but on Survivor name recognition this cast has dulled itself down A LOT after these boots.

Hali/Brad/Sarah/Sierra/Zeke/Michaela/Jeff/Troyzan just cannot be classed as gamechangers or big players, while they've all stayed in [I do like some of them, but they either didn't make it far at all in their seasons or just lacked personality in their game.] -- We have only lost 1 of these types of players; being Caleb

Then there is the middle of the roaders

Andrea/Debbie/Tai - we haven't lost any of these people.


I'd say the only 'big players/gamechangers' remaining are

Ozzy, Cirie and possibly Aubry [although shes so recent idk, but she had a strong edit and people view her as one of the strongest players] --- Meanwhile we have lost Sandra, JT, Malcolm, Tony and Ciera from the 'actual gamechangers'

I've just caught up on the last few episodes and I'm actually really enjoying this season so far, and I really wasn't expecting to after Cambodia and Millennials vs Gen X. The JT boot episode in particular was one of my favourite episodes ever (Sandra stealing sugar :love: Michaela's iconic mug :love: Debbie's meltdown :love:)

I was originally sad that Sandra went but I guess it was always going to happen at one point. I'm just glad we got 5 episodes of her and she reaffirmed her place as Queen of Survivor & Reality TV. And despite the star of the season going there's still a lot of people left that I like (Michaela, Varner, Cirie, I'm even enjoying Brad which I never thought I would). Hope Zeke goes soon though

This season has NOT been very good. MvGx was even better at this point and that season didn't really pick up until later on so unless this season has a strong finish it's not even better than MvGx.

The only two "good" episodes have been Sandra vs. Tony & the JT boot episode... and the JT episode is overrated on here, it didn't pick up until like the second half. Then there was just that Malcolm boot TC (the actual episode until then was a snooze though). Oh and the boot order for this season is trash.

The best thing about this season have been the TCs, but that's been down to Sandra - so who knows where it will go now.

Tbh my enjoyment this season has mainly been because of Sandra but I think there's still a solid amount of good people left so the season won't dry up after her elimination

I'm also thankful they gave Sandra that edit, because she's been more visible this season than both of her past two combined and she's 6th boot :joker: <3

I've really enjoyed this season but tbf I do enjoy MOST seasons of Survivor. I think this season has particularly maintained my interest though because of Sandra so it'll be interesting to see how it pans out now she's gone I think.
