just an FYI - the team leader this time doesn't really have much responsibility other than confirming the team's work at the end of the task.

OMG, what a great twist and start to this season! How unlucky for both Karl and Smithy, especially Smithy, what are the chances of that! Out of interest Shaun did the Killer already know that Smithy was already going to die with the unlucky number before killing Karl?
