Rumoured? That why he didn't get the job in 2018, because he wanted more control over transfers and the board wouldn't give it to him/. The board dont back anyone so its up to him to make the most of what he's got. The board is the biggest problem at Arsenal.

Everyone raves about Arteta from the players to Pep so they all rate him highly. I think he's going to be a good manager lets hope its for us.

Agreed but this is Arsenal and these days we do everything on the cheap. The moment I heard it would take 14 million to get Rodgers I knew it wasnt going to happen for that reason. We should have approached Allegri or Poch and offered as much as they wanted but instead we've gone for the cheap option. Its a big risk lets hope it pays off.
