No, Ben killing Heather was genuinely an accident. Him being psycho is neither here nor there when it boils down to what actually happened that night.

Rape's a line that you just don't cross, that's the thing. Even murder can at least be partially justifiable in extreme circumstances. There's never any excuse for rape.

The thing is though, JWB actually got away with raping Kathy and it was in the 90s that he was convicted of raping somebody else.

So, how he can lay the blame at Kathy's feet I don't quite know.
