It sure is.

Things really tight.
Really interesting.

would've been more dramatic if Everton accepted their woeful mediocrity and lost, leaving it interesting at the bottom. Now it's pretty much just one spot up for grabs, with Villa doomed

With regards to VAR, they've got to stop drawing lines on the screen to judge offsides.

It can't be judged accurately when you work out how far a player has travelled in the space of a 1/50th second frame.

Aston Villa still has a very small shot, but they need to win both of their remaining matches. Arsenal at home and West Ham at away. Adding to that lots of help and screwing up from the others.

Calderyon 17-07-2020 12:16 PM

West Ham vs Watford could be an exciting one tonight. Which ever of them wins, almost confirms their stay at Premier League for season 2020/21. Loser of the match could be in big trouble. A tie would put them both at risk.

Calderyon 17-07-2020 05:01 PM

It would be interesting to Watford win and potentially let the West Ham vs Aston Villa be the decider.

But I think West Ham will win.

West Ham vs Watford 3-0 at 43rd

Looks like West Ham is in the clear and Watford could be in trouble.

Calderyon 17-07-2020 08:17 PM

West Ham vs Watford 3-1 at 58th.

Beso 17-07-2020 08:27 PM

If only west ham did this before xmas.

Ps, **** the sfa

MTVN 17-07-2020 08:56 PM

Yesssssss

Calderyon 17-07-2020 08:58 PM

West Ham vs Watford ends at 3-1.

Meaning West Ham is very likely safe.

It also means that the relegation battle is between Watford, Bournemouth and Aston Villa.

Imo we are lucky to have Moyes and can't wait to see what he can do with a full season, knocking on the door of the European places I expect

Calderyon 17-07-2020 09:11 PM

West Ham has a lot to improve seeing the history they have.

Calderyon 17-07-2020 09:13 PM

But I expect them to finish in the middle tier next season. I do not see them getting past the likes of Liverpool, Man City, Chelsea, Arsenal, Leicester, Man Utd., Wolverhampton, Tottenham, Burnley, Everton, Sheffield...

MTVN 18-07-2020 07:31 AM

Another glorious day on God's green earth

Definitely finish above those three, probably Spurs as well

See, never underestimate a team in danger of relegation.
That was a solid result.

The premier League would be the worse for West Ham not being in it.

I smiled following this result thinking you'd be relieved.
Good luck in the next 2 matches anyway.

Mystic Mock 18-07-2020 08:35 AM

Congratulations to West Ham MTVN.:)

That goal from Rice was crazy good.

In fairness on the restart I think that West Ham and the Vile have showed the most fight to want to stay up, but I hope for Second City Derby matches for next season if we stay up in the Championship.

Not in the next season. Maybe in the next 3 to 5 years or so.
