Ahhh, the fog is clearing.

Why can’t they just evict the person with the actual lowest votes immediately? We don’t need a stupid twist like this :idc:

So they have a chance of keeping a housemate in.
Manipulation I reckon.
Could backfire.:cheer2:

Yeah, I guess at least we know Ali, Marcello and Emma are staying as they will have the most votes.

I just don’t get it yet.

They're not. The hosuemate who gets the £ envelope chooses three housemates, and the one with the fewest votes from the public will go.

So theoretically 4th could go.

I guess as that would spoil the surprise of who got evicted.

Saph 10-11-2024 11:04 PM

I hate a twist that involves someone taking some of the prize money

The only time it works is if no one gets any, like bb6 (i think?) when they had the timer and the prize money would go down

GlitterUK 10-11-2024 11:06 PM

BB manipulating things so someone gets some cash or do they have a shock eviction someone unexpected going maybe.

Yeah that's a weird twist, what does the prize money have to do with who goes... cruel twist, maybe, for the unlucky person who chose the 3.

GlitterUK 10-11-2024 11:36 PM

Does the one who leaves get the money?

If it is Thomas maybe they are giving him 10k because of the two fingers to ITV for the lack of screentime and editing when it comes to Tom?

No. The holder gets two £5k bundles which they must place in front of the housemate or housemates they think will survive. If they're right, then they get to keep the money.

GlitterUK 10-11-2024 11:40 PM

So the person with the £ card in the envelope is the holder, they place two piles of money and bet on who they think will survive? If they are right the holder gets the money?

So seems a win win for whoever the holder is then, I wonder who gets to pick the cards first and which housemate has been told the prize is in envelope number *whatever*.

I suppose the holder has to expose who they think may be at risk vai their choices so, if they survive, it could make it awkward for them.
