the talentless kazakhi ugly bitch & the anti-vaxxer

:laugh3: :laugh3: :laugh3: what a flop for wimbledon to have some kazakhi unknown as their winner, and a anti-vaxxer

I would not call the Wimbledon Ladies Champion 'Talentless'

this years wimbledon means nothing though

so good on Iga, Pegula, Raducanu going for early exits, and extra rest for the season that matters more, Hard Court season, where there are points to be earned anyway

shame on british government for making wimbledon this year so dead

She gave a lovely humble interview after winning and is a stunning young womab

Mystic Mock 11-07-2022 07:30 PM

I wouldn't say she's ugly either.

I haven't really paid my attention to her interviews, has she been bitchy in them?

So the attack sounds really harsh then.

I'm gathering Nicky is judging her for being born in Russia? Which imo isn't the way to go about judging someone.

And even if she does support Putin, yes I personally think that's a really horrible viewpoint to have (if she even does support him) but there's so many facets to someone that I always find it personally childish when people are like "oh I don't like you" because we don't agree on one issue.

If it's something really ****ing heinous (say it turned out she was a paedophile) then I would completely understand judging her off that one attribute, but Political views normally have so much depth to them as to why people hold certain beliefs that I personally don't try to judge too harshly.

judging her? :umm2: anyone who would've won here i would've criticized for winning a irrelevant tournament

Rybakina won't be in the end of year finals or she should drastically win a whole load of points asap, but madame withdrew from a recent upcoming tournament which is a mistake  no time for rest especially not after a irrelevant wimbledon year without points

Tbh I wish Wimbledon had've been allowed to have points too, but apparently standing against Putin is a bigger offence than what the Australian Open was pulling with Djokovic, go figure.

Nicky91 16-07-2022 07:32 AM

bad luck for Murray against Bublik

losing in straight sets 7-5, 6-4

Nicky91 19-07-2022 09:41 AM

no british players in action this week

Nicky91 24-07-2022 01:43 PM

men's title of Gstaad went to Norwegian Caspar Ruud defeating the italian Matteo Berrettini with 4-6, 7-6, 6-2

women's title of Hamburg went to american Bernarda Pera, the unseeded defeating the no1 seed estonian Anett Kontaveit with 6-2, 6-4

currently ongoing men's hamburg final

Carlos Alcaraz (ESP) vs Lorenzo Musetti (ITA) 3-4

and still to play

women's final in Palermo

Lucia Bronzetti (ITA) vs Irina Begu (ROU)
